I started training through Compel Fitness about 6 months ago. I was VERY underweight and due to an incredible amount of stress, had a very difficult time eating and getting to a healthy weight for me. I had pain in most of my joints as well as my chest and would have energy crashes in the middle of the day. Then I started working with Bryce, who is SO awesome, very knowledgeable, very personable genuine and encouraging. Within weeks my joints stopped hurting and my energy levels have gone WAY up. 6 months in I am at a very healthy weight, I'm so much stronger and I'm looking awesome. My Compel experience

After a year of a self guided fitness journey I had lost nearly 80 pounds eating in a calorie deficit, and teaching myself how to navigate the gym , I found myself stalled and unsure how to continue. Also with one goal that haunted my dreams , the standard pull up.
I decided some professional guidance was the most reasonable next step and signed up with Compel , hoping for nothing more than getting the pull up monkey off my back.
I was assigned to Corbin, a man 15 minutes older than my oldest child , and as flexible as a perfectly cooked Al dente spaghetti noodle. Immediately questioning my life choices we got to work. Time spent correcting my form because I am in fact proficient in rounding my back like a sturdy shelled tortoise. I was stronger than I thought. He never hesitated to push me to my limit. Pro tip , if you’re choosing Compel coaching , get familiar with creative ways to get off chairs and toilets. The inability to walk will be inevitable. Fast forward 9 months , the pull up lives in my rear view mirror , and now has become something I do not only for growth , but to remind myself how far I’ve traveled. Also a fantastic party trick.
My experience is that my coach , and I’m sure the others invest themselves in your goals. Get to know you as a person inside and out of the gym. Laugh with you ( and at you ) , and seem to genuinely care about achieving goals safely and correctly .
As I prepare for my first body building competition, guided by my al dente spaghetti noodle, I’m impressed with myself and would have likely never considered it without the coaching and friendship I’ve gotten with Compel

I’ve been training with the IBA fitness trainers for about 3 months now. Starting off reluctantly since I had always trained on my own but was curious too see if a trainer would keep me more consistent and it absolutely has. I’ve had the opportunity to train with Bryce three times weekly and it has been a great pleasure. Very knowledgeable, both with different workout strategies but also with nutrition and supplementation, great personality and absolutely knew how to push me to give it my all during training sessions. As a healthcare worker he always understood abrupt changes in my schedule and accommodated without hesitation.
After theee months I’ve achieved my fitness goals but most importantly was always excited and happy to go train even after a busy day at work turning it into a motivating and rewarding experience, highly recommend !

Honestly the best workout experience. Actually it’s not just a workout it’s an education. I have been provided with helpful instructions on how to correctly perform the exercises and safe and proper use of the equipment. The encouragement I have received in regard to diet and exercise has been very helpful. I am a grumpy 56 year old widower with diabetes and a past heart condition. At the urging of many I joined Pa Fitness and specifically signed up with Compel fitness to work with a trainer. It did not necessarily start well because of my attitude and stubbornness. But my trainer Gavin, was extremely patient and encouraging to me. It wasn’t until my first 6-week check in that I realized the progress I had made. Among other things I lost almost 5% on my BMI.

I cannot speak enough about the staff - particularly Gavin and Jen - who care about my whole self in and out of the gym.

Been training with Compel for over 2 years. I don’t have the results I want yet, not because of trainers not pushing me hard enough, it’s solely because of my own lack of good choices and avoidance of my own accountability. Even when my depression n low self esteem Makes me wanna give up so many times, compel trainers, Especially Antonio, Samantha and Jen, never give up on me. They obviously care about their clients and treat them as family and friends also. My trainer Jen at the gym at the gym with Compel has been awesome and Antonio and Eric has been very supportive as well. Taylor Flinchbaugh was motivational supportive when she was here as well. I’ve only been a client for a little over a month but I feel like a regular. All of the Compel staff know me by name and check in regularly to make sure I am actively working to reach my goals. All of the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and willing to help. I’ve never had an issue reaching my trainer and he very communicative and understanding when scheduling/rescheduling appointments.

Pa Fitness is by far the best gym I've been to! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. It just feels like home when you're there! I also train with Taylor J and she's amazing! I have been training with Taylor Jones for a little over a year now and it has been such an amazing, life changing, fun experience! Taylor really listens to what I need and what I’m looking for in my work outs, she has educated me so much on how important nutrition is and always answers all of my millions of questions in detail and never has a problem going over an exercise, form etc. Working with Taylor has motivated me to quit smoking, to focus on me, my health and fitness goals. My journey with Compel Fitness began in February of 2020. That is when I met Taylor Jones and my healthy lifestyle began. I’ve struggled with my weight for years. I’d lose weight only to gain it right back. I’d do great for a couple of months then slide right back into old habits, but not anymore! I’m so thankful everyday for Taylor Jones! She has truly been my lifesaver. She has such a passion for what she does. She motivates me everyday to be the best I can be. She helps not only with my training, but also with nutrition. I use to have to drag myself to the gym. Now I can’t wait to get there and hate when I have to miss a workout. It’s become part of my day, part of my schedule. It’s become a priority for me and that is thanks to Taylor. She answers my questions, gives me great advice and encourages me on the days I’m struggling. She makes working out fun and cheers me and the others on throughout our entire workout. After 6 months I’m feeling better than I have in years. I have so much more energy, I’m stronger, my endurance has increased, I’m losing weight and inches while building muscle. I love the semi trainings and have made new friends that I enjoy working out with. I recently started the team trainings as well and plan to add at least one to my weekly workout. Thank you Compel for a great fitness program that works! But thank you mostly for the hard working, passionate and caring trainers you employee like Taylor. She is the best! As I said in the beginning I’m so thankful for her.

I have been struggling with my weight for a few years now and have found it hard to stay motivated and workout. Not only does Taylor Jones motivate me to push myself, she makes it fun and enjoyable! I was hesitant about getting a personal trainer at the start, but after the first in person meeting and workout, I am now 1000 % confident that working with Taylor was the right choice! She personalizes every aspect of the workout to maximize the results for every part of yourself you are trying to work on. While the workouts are fantastic, what really left a lasting impression on me are the Taylors' commitment to my success. Yes, you read that correctly, there are multiple coach Taylors and they are all fantastic! Taylor Jones is my personal coach and she is outstanding with communication and reaches out to me regularly to help encourage me and celebrate every small personal victory on the way! Lastly, I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to Taylor F. who made me feel so welcome and motivated the first day I went to Compel. Just like my awesome trainer Taylor Jones, Taylor Flinchbaugh also reaches out and personally invited me to come to the group class on the weekend.
