Excellent fitness and training center, split between two convenient locations. These have everything you need for total workouts and training. The training staff really cares about people and their individual needs and goals. My trainer Brandi understands my unique limitations as well as my desires in getting to my level of fitness potential. To that end, she made a custom regimen tailored for my exact needs and limitations. The staff and the members are super supportive. The gym app is fantastic, it allows you to plan your own workouts, count calories burned, nutrition, and community focused. We even have a swag store if you want to represent, lol... cool gym, great, supportive people, cost can't be beat for the experience!

I had utilized their trainer services and their nutrition guide.
The nutrition guide is spot on and life changing.
The trainer Mitch Kovall was extremely knowledgeable and a guru in his field. He was also personable and good at showing physical examples and correcting work out form. Thanks to him adjusting my form I was able to hit personal records. In terms of programming he was great and churned out new programs quickly and they were effective.
The facility is nice and has everything you want and expect out of gym.

I've been going to the gym for several years .. never had a personal trainer and what a difference compel fitness made . The trainers are knowledgeable and really listen to your objectives and tailor the workouts to help you reach your goals . Thank you Gio for encouraging me through my workouts .. It's the extra push I need to really make a difference .

Gio does a great job of getting me into the training experience. I usually go at 630 in the morning when i want nothing more gab to stay in my nice warm bed. But I go in and Gio gets started right away pushing me past the whining that i really want to start because it's so early. He pushes just the right amount while still giving me the choice. It's been a hard bit great first training experience.
