I WISH I took photos of the studio and equipment but 10/10 experience!!! One of the best mat sculpt/pilates/core classes I’ve taken! The room is heated so drink plenty of water and electrolytes prior! We brought mats but they have extra there for a small fee if needed. They also are fully stacked with weights and equipment and have a spacious bathroom in the back. Melissa was the instructor today and she was so sweet but also will kick your butt in the best way possible! She’s got great energy and was super understanding when I needed to step outside, I hadn’t been to a workout class in easily 6 months so I struggled a bit but you really can go at any level and feel fantastic afterwards. I would consider the class intermediate to hard for sure though. Class fees are broken out by single class or class packages which is great if you’re more local! Enjoy!

Jules is the best!!! Makes you feel accomplished and comfortable while supporting you along the way! Core / pilates classes can be intimidating but this studio was full of friendly people and an instructor that is the best all around!

Jules runs your through a tough but doable workout - and offers modifications for the level you're at. I can't recall the last time I sweat that much! I felt so encouraged and physically great coming out of the session. Can't recommend more!!!

Core studio has become a new favorite part of my routine. The workouts are challenging yet approachable and the environment is exactly what I look for in a class— surrounded by people with good energy and enthusiasm. Jules is a true gem of an instructor and human. It is so evident how much she cares about her clients and wants to see them grow and get stronger. I can’t recommend core enough!!

Was so excited to come check out Jules’ new studio! It’s about a 5 minute drive from my parents, so I can’t wait to go more often when I’m back in Bryn Mawr. The energy was great and she kept us moving and grooving the whole time. There’s been nothing like this on the Main Line and I’m still sore 2 days later. What a gem!
