Crew 22 is such an amazing gym! I had a shoulder surgery from an injury while a member of a local CrossFit gym. Alyssa and Brandon both helped in the rehab process and now my should is better than ever! The programming is phenomenal matched by no other ! I am proud to be a member of this gym! I could tell Alyssa has a lot of experience not only with massage but just body movement in general. She could tell immediately where I was the most tense and sore and really helped relive the pain, stress, and pressure in my neck and shoulders. I would definitely recommend her to anyone and especially if you workout and lift a lot.
