I wanted to take a minute to shout out this business and its owner, Taylor Williams, for creating an open, family-friendly community atmosphere that offers not only top-notch programming but also truly welcoming coaching and members. It’s an impressive space he’s built in a part of Montgomery County that has the potential to reach so many people — whether you’re trying to take your fitness to the next level or just getting started on your journey.

Either way, I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out. The atmosphere is warm and supportive, and you’re guaranteed to get a great workout in.

The space is super clean, a ton of speal bars for the rig and a lot of equipment. The workouts are challenging and scalable for all ages and abilities. The coaches, Taylor specifically are very knowledgeable and teach the safest way to lift heavy for maximum gains. The gym also has AC which is rare in the CrossFit community. Excellent value for the personalized coaching that happens even in a full class.

I've worked with Taylor as an Olympic lifting coach for my teenager and myself and he's been a great coach for us. If you are into CrossFit/HIIT but really want to level up your snatches and clean & jerks, this is where you should come. The dedicated Oly lifting classes are a great complement to your CrossFit/HIIT routine, so even if you have another membership it's definitely worthwhile to check this place out and take a trial class with Taylor. Bonus: This place has top-tier equipment so the training is even more enjoyable.

Just dropped into Hungry Dog HDA for a CrossFit workout and I couldn’t be more impressed with the coaching by Taylor. He took me through all the movements of the workout and made sure my technique was safe. He showed me how to scale when needed to make sure I got a good workout in while avoiding injury. If you’re looking for a HIIT workout, personal training, CrossFit workout in the King of Prussia/Norristown area, this is the place you need to be!

Taylor is an exceptional CrossFit coach who brings unmatched enthusiasm and positivity every single day. There isn’t a time when he’s not upbeat and a pleasure to be around. His group classes are always well-structured, and he ensures we warm up effectively before getting into the workouts. Whenever I have a question or need help with a substitution, Taylor is always there to provide guidance and support.

I cannot say enough good things about Taylor Williams as an overall health and wellness professional. My story with Taylor goes beyond just CrossFit. He was the personal trainer I called to help me rehab after I had surgery and wanted to get back into training again. He took the time to create movements for me to work at a level so I could regain my confidence and get back to doing what I loved. He created an environment for me to recover while safely regaining strength to get me back into a regular class. Taylor has the ability to make every single person in his classes feel like they are being personally trained by him. Movements are scalable and he takes the time to understand your limitations, but more importantly give you the confidence to push through them when he knows you can do more.
