Wide range hours open and has a lot of equipment. Frequented another location in the north east and recently moved so was looking for another location so came for a tour. The manager’s vibe rubbed me off wrong as it almost felt like he was pressuring my partner and I to sign up instantly. Looks like they have a good amount of machines, space and classes. Wasn’t a fan of the crowd so we didn’t to go with a different gym more local and friendly.

I’ve been a member off and on for a number of years and Crunch is by far the best affordable gym in the area! Clean facilities, great amenities and really friendly staff who are always helpful and knowledgeable. Recently had an issue with my account and Oliver was super helpful and worked with me to sort it out! He’s the best!

The staff is rude and unprofessional. This was my first time visiting this location, and I wanted to use the free guest pass to check out the facilities and consider joining for my training. Instead, I was spoken to aggressively and told I couldn’t use it, so I had to purchase a one-day pass.
After buying it, I asked for a receipt, but they told me they don’t provide receipts. When I requested a refund, they said they don’t issue refunds either. How am I supposed to know they are properly billing for the service? Every purchase requires a receipt!
When I raised my concern, they accused me of being aggressive. How can someone who has paid for a service and is simply asking for what they’re entitled to be labeled as aggressive? Am I now the one at fault for demanding my rights?
I often train at Crunch Fitness, but this location has been terrible because of the poor customer service. They completely ruined my workout with this unpleasant experience.

Crunch Fairless Hills has been a great spot for me. The equipment’s always in good shape, the place is clean, and there’s a good mix of people—whether you're just starting out or more advanced. It’s never too crowded and the energy’s always positive. I have been a Crunch member for 11 years and I just recently started coming to the Fairless Hills Location. I absolutely LOVE this gym!!! From the layout of the machinery, to the cleanliness of the locker room, it is awesome!!!! The staff is also very friendly and welcoming which is always a huge plus!

Management ruined the gym. My husband and I have been coming here since before COVID and its been a great ride until the new manager came in this past year or so. All the poor reviews are spot on, manager is never present, when he is he's glued to his phone or sitting around but never seems to be available when needed. The gym can be a mess and he won't take a second, won't make an effort to follow up with clients who leave messages. Cardio machines a frequently broken and it takes forever for them to fix it which is inconvenient for those who are forced to workout during hours that are a bit busier. Also DO NOT start any Personal training here, trainers are friendly and great but it takes MONTHS to get them to cancel it. Every time I contacted them during normal opertating hours when I expect for a manager to be present, he never is. Their incompetence cost me hundreds of dollars and their lack of urgency when it has to do with my money is why I cancelled my membership and even then I was STILL charged. I had to contact my bank to get them blocked in order to be done with that place.
They need new management ASAP.

Gym is good but literally no one reracks their weights. I think the whole gym has four 2.5 weights in the whole place. The weight trees are empty, and most of the weights are literally on the floor somewhere. Good luck finding them. I'm not sure if someone is stealing stuff? Everytime I come, there seems to be less attachments. It's a great selection of machines and racks and platforms, but it's ruined by people who don't have proper gym etiquette.

I signed up online for a free day pass to check it out, as I currently go to PF, and their summers are packed with young teenagers for the free summer workouts- I was called to set up a time to come take a tour and try it out. I was pressured to sign up online, as I couldn’t come in immediately- and their “promo” was ending that day. It was not mentioned another , just as good, promo started the next day. I declined signing up, as I wanted to see the facility first. I wasn’t greeted when I walked in, I had to ask who to speak to regarding this “tour”. The young man at the counter told me to just go ahead and check it out, and went so far as asking “Do you really need me to show you where everything is?”.. I felt like I was a burden, so embarrassingly said no, I would walk around and figure it out. After a quick lap, the equipment was very close to each other - and I couldn’t see any rhyme or reason as to where everything was. I was specifically looking for a standing calf raise and a glute bridge machine - I could not find either. I was there for all of 3 minutes, as I was walking towards the door, there was no “ do you have any questions, would you like to discuss signing up.. let alone a “have a good day” from the staff at the front desk. It was very off putting. I work out 3-4 days a week, so I really wasn’t trying to waste anyone’s time, I honestly was looking to switch gyms. I was excited about all the classes available.

My personal trainer Olivia is so incredible, I have a physical disability in my left upper extremity and she tailors all of our workouts so thoughtful to meet my specific needs and makes sure my goals are addressed in each session. Would recommend to everyone especially people interested in learning foundational skills that will continue to serve them in their athletic careers going forward.

I spoke to a Mitchell Deckelmen ( manager) who said any time this happens to send an email to him and still no one has responded or shown up.
This happened last week as well and gym members were told" It was an emergency."
That is a very casual nonchalant response, stop using it. Just accept responsibility for your actions and realize that your gym staff is horrible and the problem starts with management.
A manager should be here to open up the door immediately!!!! DO BETTER!!!! This is literally the livelihood of your Members and it's the way most of us start our day off right!!!
I came here today, November 1,2022. Showed up about ( 3 mins) before opening time, which is 5 a.m. because I know that the staff needs time to get the gym up and running. All the lights were on, and I stood outside at the front entrance for an hour, and no one showed me to open the gym. THERE WERE ABOUT 20 CARS IN THE PARKING LOT. ONE OLDER GUY told me that he was on a time restriction and needed to get in for a workout and shower so he could make it to work on time. To have all these people paying what they pay for Memberships and to offer poor customer service like this is unacceptable. People arrange their schedules for early morning workouts, and this is how you treat them! The older gentleman told me that he's been coming here for about 2 years, and it happens all the time more than he'd like. It all starts with MANAGEMENT and the way you train your staff. If your staff doesn't show up, then you show up and open the establishment. You sacrifice your time to run the business, like we sacrificed our time to be here and support not only ourselves but your business financially.! Run and do not commit to a company or place that isn't committed to you. All they want is the money for Memberships, maintenance fees, etc.. Granted they do have decent equipment. The women's room is dirty at times, the stalls have feces on them) happened today was UNACCEPTABLE....

False advertisement. They advertise outside $9.95 or something like that a month, and online they also advertise that (for 12 month commitment), or $15.99 a month for monthly commitment. BUT you need to still pay the annual fee so it still comes out way more. So if you want to attend the gym for a month and cancel it comes out to around $60/70. They offer nothing for military. If you’re in the military and you come home to visit you’re screwed for however long unless you want to go broke paying for a gym membership out here. I understand they’re just doing their jobs, but as a whole this is unacceptable. There needs to be something in place for military. This is not a one off circumstance… idk why this is a problem.

I really wanted to like this gym because I love the friends that I have made here but the truth is its horrible. I tried to cancel my membership before the annual fee was taken but he was never there. When I called I was finally given a number for a cancelation line where the man proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay an extra cancelation fee and the next months membership fee along with not being able to refund the annual even though I couldn't get in touch with anyone who could help me cancel it before. The girl at the club literally used the words "Thats already done" as the final word on it.
But lets talk about why I canceled. Like I said I made great friends here, some of which were instructors. But there were multiple times that classes were canceled/ instructors called out but no one bothered to tell us, leaving members standing there waiting for them to start. One time one of the members started leading a class on her phone and when I did talk to a manager about it they said "Well thats why you signed a liability form"- shows you just how much they care about their members.
There are constant leaks in the ceiling and one day there was a time where we were going into a yoga class. One of the girls went downstairs to try and get towels to mop up the spot....guess what THEY DIDN"T HAVE TOWELS and gave us sweat shirts out of the lost and found for us to mop it up. How do they clean if they don't have towels?! I also know about some personal gossip that was highly unprofessional but I wont get into that. Just take it as unprofessional.

I would not recommend this gym to anyone I know. The employees and managers at this establishment is very unprofessional and rude. I did a three day free trial for this gym mainly for the classes and received a misleading email from Crunch to reserve a class. I go online unable to reserve any classes, therefore I called the gym only to have the girl who picked up the phone state that she doesn't know anything of reserving classes and she will have a manager call back. On my way to the gym I get a phone call from someone named Erica who stated the classes are for gym members only and before I had a chance to tell her about the email I received she disconnected the call. So when I got to the gym to discuss the email for the classes I was told the person that called me and disconnected the call was not the manager. The manager who was there named Ro seemed disinterested to come from behind the desk and when I explained to him that his employee disconnected the call on me he gave the impression that this is a norm for his employees to do and didn't excuse it. This is probably a norm for this establishment since he had a boy employee behind him giggling about the whole situation. Then Ro the manager proceed to say that the classes are for members only and free trial customers have to physically come in to find a spot in the classes. The frustration of this process was miscommunication amongst employees who are stating different things, no one knows what's going on, I had to physical go down there to find that out. The employees there are rude and unprofessional due to management, why should employees have respect for customers or potential customers if management there could care less for customers too. So glad I'm not a member here, horrible customer service.

When I signed up with the Fairless Hills location at Crunch fitness, the manager misled me! One of the employees told me NOT to sign up with people because he SCAMS them often. He told me I would pay $10 a month , 41.99 annual fee. CANCEL ANYTIME! come to find out i’ve been getting charged $15, and it went up to a peak membership which i told him I DO NOT WANT! For 26.99 a month. I NEVER AGREED. come to find out, the only $10 a month contract is a yearly one, not a cancel anytime. so he upped my membership. And my yearly fee is now 69.99!!! I am not paying this balance and i never want to go here again, i’ve sent in emails so we will see. I have screenshots of what I started out being charged! Now i’m being charged for Peak member ship, 26.99 and that 41.99 is now 69.99. #management sucks. All this for some extra money???? be honest about exactly what you are signing people up for.

Management sucks. Threw me into collections for 200 bucks due to a debit card expiring. Honest mistake on my end, But I didn’t receive a phone call or email nor was I even stopped at the entrance at any point while signing in for months with charges accumulating in the negative. Just sent it straight to collections.

I came here on 11/5 and the gym wasn’t open. I stayed until 5:20am. Cars that were parked waiting, started leaving. I recommend the Bristol/Bensalem gym to save your valuable time. Other than that it’s a great gym! Staff is very friendly! However at the Bristol gym staff is very friendly and they open on time.

I’ve been in the Fitness Game for a Long time, Crunch fitness in Fairless hills has by far been the best gym experience I have had in awhile, and I’ve literally been to every gym in the area, I love The Atmosphere here everyone is in their own world doing their own thing no one Bothers you. Zaid, Sam, Ro and the guys at the Front Desk super friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful they literally have everything you need for your fitness goals and Levels, if I could give more Stars I Would!!

Agree with most of the posts. I cancelled my membership because most of the machines are broken at this facility. It is difficult to cancel your membership! Additionally, I just got charged the annual fee last month and cancelled this month. No one will give me a prorated credit for the 11 months I will not be at this gym as they should. Based on all of the other reviews, I am now concerned they will continue to charge my card even though I have documentation that I cancelled my membership. I will not recommend this gym or franchise to anyone and will encourage others not to join.

I cancelled my membership in March and kept getting charged for the next 6 months. I showed them the proof and they said they cant do nothing and to talk to my bank since on there end it shows cancelled.
My bank filed a claim and i got my money back but they are still sending me emails that say my card got rejected. Only reason bc i told my bank to not accept any transactions from them.
This has also happened to my friend so they are definitely stealing money from customers!!!

This is your true and honest answer of the gym itself, no billing or management will be spoken about. To start off when you enter the door there is normally 1 maybe 2 people at the front desk, you check in yourself and off you go, if you have trouble signing in or setting up your barcode they have 0 issue helping but the crunch app is pretty bad. Not that its their fault. Once youve walked in youll see plates all over the place, obviously its hard to constantly keep them in correct places and people who are working out arent always super helpful which i guess is okay. I dont care too much about looking for a plate or whatever its not too serious of a issue, especially as of really late i see the manager and front desk people consistently keeping up with it. The bench press bars constantly rotate, i guess its due to others preference but what can you do reasonably to insure that doesnt happen, not much. The bench press benches are a little narrow, annoying in the slightest but again it is what it is. The squat/deadlift racks are super nice super high quality probably the best part. T bar and punching bags are available if need be, theres a little bit of turf if you’re into dynamic working out or stretching. The stair master and treadmills seem clean, never broken or anything. The machines are normally well kept and not broken unless its a cable pull machine which those are abused so i cant hold it against them. The bathrooms are very well kept, atleast in the mens. The gyms atmosphere is probably one of the reasons i stuck to this place. Nobodys really too aggressive although it happens when working out, majority of people are polite and ask before even lifting next to you. The people that come here vary in all ages, genders and sizes, everybody just sticks to their stuff. Overall if you were to ask me if this gym is worth it id tell you yes, best gym in our area with a way better price. I hear and see a lot of people having billing issues when it comes to cancelling but im pretty sure some people like to complain more then they like to workout. Their is obviously a corporate catch somewhere in the membership but i dont think its fair to take it out on people who are trying to be helpful, being rude never got anybody anywhere. Huge shout out to Ethan at the front desk who ive come to know from just coming in, always is super nice and welcoming.

The equipment was always broken, the leather was ripped and uncomfortable, management and customer service is worse than you can imagine, and the employees didn’t care or open the gym on time. When my wife and I tried cancelling the membership it was almost impossible. The instructions posted at the gym said to fill out a google form which didn’t work then called the number posted in the Google form and they “oh that doesn’t do anything”. Avoid at all costs.

I don't recommend this location or gym. It's a complete rip off. Ended a membership for my child 2+ years ago cause of bad accident he was in. The gym still charges my card monthly and their customer service is awful. Their managers on site at locations are cocky, condescending, not trained, and rude.(esp the manager roe) My only recourse has been to close my cards and get new one's.
Everyone says their a manager and their cancelation line is foreigners who don't even understand what your asking.
Don't waste your time or money.
None of their corporate phone numbers or emails work. Their cancelation line is foreigners who can't help you. And the GM at the location also can not help you. This place is worthless and horrible.

Not a big fan-- several issues with people leaving plates on machines or scattered all over the floor. This may be due to not enough storage or separation of plates when reracked. There arent many racks for actual benchpress or squats. Medicine balls and whatnot scattered on floor, no clear home for items so people leave things all over.

Manager “Rell” is extremely unprofessional and rude. I had an unfamiliar charge on my account and had questions about it as this is not the first time Crunch charged my card without my permission outside of my monthly payment. He said he cant see it on his end and that a claim had to be filed. I wanted to know if I will be receiving a phone call regarding this and he had no direct answer for me. As the conversation went on I couldn’t get my sentences out without him cutting me off and becoming extremely hostile with me. I got to the point where I didn’t feel comfortable having my card on file and wanted to cancel my membership so he gave me the phone number. I asked if I will still be notified once the claim is solved and again, no direct answer. In the middle of me speaking to him he abruptly cut me off and hung up on me. I was taken aback by this type of behavior from a MANAGER. I called back and a woman at the front desk answered. I explained how the manager hung up while I was speaking and still had a question for him. She said he went back to the office but she will ask him. She came back on saying that Rell said he has nothing more to say to me and he already told me to just cancel my membership. I was appalled and said “wow thats so unprofessional, I will be stopping by in person”. I called the cancellation number where I was able to get everything sorted out and the situation resolved, turns out it wasn’t a fraudulent charge after all and had he taken that extra step we could’ve easily came to that conclusion and I would have been happy. After the way Rell spoke to me and treated me, I no longer wanted to be a member at Crunch Fitness and went through with the cancellation procedure. I still stopped by to make sure my account was fully cancelled and another manager assisted me who was very helpful and apologetic. I asked who is Rell and the manager assisting me called Rell over but Rell said he was busy. Rell was in earshot this entire conversation and not once did he stop over to either apologize or anything like that, it just seems like he truly does not care about his role in this entire situation. I made it clear the reason I am still canceling my membership is because of his rudenes and its crazy to know someone like him is on a management team with that horrible attitude and customer service.

The new manager in Fairless Hills is improving things. The music is a reasonable genre and volume now. The equipment all works. The women's locker room no longer smells of stale wash water. The paper is loaded correctly and is no longer stuck in the paper towel dispensers. The front desk people are not on their phones or look up to say "hello, enjoy your workout". General improvement overall. Thank you.

My girlfriend and I recently visited this location while in the area, eager to utilize our memberships that should have granted us access to any Crunch gym. However, upon arrival, we were astounded to be informed by the manager that we needed to pay an additional $10 each for a day pass, despite our active memberships. Not only did this contradict the terms of our membership, but the manager's condescending attitude and dismissive demeanor towards us left a sour taste in our mouths. His patronizing comments about our workout routine were not only unnecessary but downright disrespectful. After enduring his unwelcoming behavior for a mere ten minutes, we decided that our time and money were better spent elsewhere. Our $20 wasted on this unpleasant experience serves as a harsh reminder of the dismal customer service and lack of professionalism at Fairless Hills Crunch Gym. To add insult to injury, the manager couldn't even look up our memberships in his system and had the audacity to falsely claim that my membership was canceled (which it is not). Avoid this establishment at all costs.

5.10.24 (update): Didn't open at 5am again today - waited 45 minutes and left, not sure when they actually opened. Same thing happened once last week too. So frustrating when 5am is the only time I can workout.
3.22.24 (update): This is the second day in a row the gym didn't open on time. This location continues to be unreliable to open on time despite emails and calls to management from multiple frustrated 5am members. The Mon-Wed opener consistently does a great job, but other days of the week it's a guessing game if someone will show up to open. Inconvenient and inconsiderate to those with tight morning schedules. Wouldn't recommend this location.
3.15.24 (update): I posted a review in 12.2023 about this location consistently not opening at 5am. Again, the gym didn't open today on time. This location continues to be unreliable to open at their scheduled hours and they have not done anything to address this issue. Beyond frustrating for those with schedules.

I switched from PF to here 2 months ago because I wanted to be able to take spin classes. The tanning beds were broken for the first week or two, and even now that they’re fixed they still suck. I go in for the full time and I’m not even tan I’m still pale. I tried to cancel my membership so I can switch back to PF, and someone from overseas calls me and tells me I have to give them 30 days notice that I want to cancel, and pay them an extra month PLUS their annual fee if I want to cancel, a total of $129 just to get out of this contract. That tells me a lot about this company. Planet lets you cancel whenever you want, no harassment, no questions asked, and definitely at no cost. I also noticed a lot of the bikes are always broken, the majority of the crowd there is high school kids, and when I first signed up they would call me every day multiple times asking if I want them personal training. I had to ask them to please stop. It’s weird.

I can't even begin to explain how infuriating it is to belong to a gym that can't seem to get their act together and open on time. This happens so often and today was the second day in a row. I call to complain and it's almost like they don't care like it is what it is. This is not acceptable to me. The people who work out at 5am have a schedule and do not just roll out of bed casually to go to the gym. Yesterday I didn't work out and today I had to cut it short. Gym is horribly run and equipment is always run down with late openings. I have no contract but keep my card on file. I pay more monthly so I can cancel at any time. Never a problem until now. My card was compromised so my company issued me a new card. Instead of calling a customer who has never had an issue with a payment to let me know the card on file was declined, they charged a late fee. What business that wants to thrive does that? Then when you want to cancel, they make you call India. You can imagine that frustration. The amount charged was insignificant but the bad business dealings will eventually close you down.

OK for a gym. I belong to LA fitness, Retro fitness, Planet Fitness, YMCA @ Fairless and Newtown.
This one is right in the middle in terms of versatility / well rounded-ness, however its missing some key isolation equipment that I find in most other gyms. not many free weights or "plate utilized, machines" and I always have trouble finding the 10lbs plates, there's only like 6 of them in the entire facility, but seriously.
Overall, it has what you need if you're a beginner to intermediate gym rat. Can't comment on the classes and such they offer on the 2nd level.

Crunch has a 30 day cancellation policy. They will charge you an additional month after you try to cancel which is predatory behavior by the company. In addition, you can not cancel at the gym or when calling the gym, instead they give you a different number to call that often goes to voicemail before you can get someone on the phone. There is legislation on it's way to fix this behavior by gym companies but it's a disgrace and I wouldn't recommend Crunch to anyone for these reasons. Also the lockers smell horrible, worse than a typical gym locker.

Have been a member for 4 weeks and already 2 times they’ve not been open when they’re supposed to. First time was a Saturday, employee was 20 minutes late, not a big deal, but the second time was on a Friday where after an hour of waiting I had to leave - not sure when they actually opened that day. Tried to cancel because I went to the NAC and they want to charge me the $80 “maintenance fee”. They said I agreed to pay it when I signed up, but they also agreed to be open during their posted hours. If I could give a 0 I would.

Hours suck, and somehow continue to change to get worse, which results in the gym being so overcrowded that your workout will never be what you want or expect (because you can’t even gain access to the equipment you need). Showed up here today at the Crack of dawn and it's closed again. Please stop displaying 5 a.m. openings if you can't uphold to the times. This is a life style for people and people have schedules and commitments to adhere too. Some people really need those early morning workouts,and time to themselves. Honestly one of the best gyms I’ve been in. I love that it has two floors, one of the reasons I enjoy going there so much not the regular one whole floor setup that most other gyms have. The employees and personal trainers are friendly and helpful, always greeted when I check-in at the front desk, the employees will answer any questions you have. The personal trainer I had, Simone T was one of the bests! She took her time to explain the exercises, explained what they were for, what muscles were targeted, helped me with meal prep options, overall dedicated to helping me target and accomplish my fitness goals! Was there for me since Day One of training and always felt supported 💪🏽

So I was a bit hesitant to come here as its an older gym and I have seen good and bad reviews.
But after coming in and joining I can absolutely recommend this place!
First off big gym, lots of space to workout, lot of machines both strength and cardio. And the majority of the gym is always re-racked witch is awesome
The staff always asks how I am doing and is very quick to respond to complaints about paper towels being out or spray bottles being empty.
Some machines are down but I cant blame the gym staff for that.
The trainers are also very cool and I always can ask for advice about an exercise!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I joined this gym because I was new to the area. The gym is quite dirty and the equipment is constantly broken. I’ve decided to cancel my membership. I have now called 3 times to speak to a manager to cancel (there’s no other way to cancel) and have yet to hear from this person. I’ve left messages with the front desk staff (who are as frustrated as I am) and still no response. I’ve been a member at several gyms and have never run into this issue. This is poor business practices and the manager and the owner of this place should shut it down because they have no idea how to run a business. Actually, when the new gym around the corner opens in the fall of this year I’m pretty sure this place will be out of business.

Go say hello to these folks! I have not felt like a number here and it feels like coming home when I go to work out. The parentals (management) are great, offer options, and protect patrons from harassment. The cousins (personal training team) are extremely knowledgeable, will meet you where you are…and help you kick your own butt to reach your goals. They are fun and engaging and I know they are looking out for everyone for safety and progress. I always laugh and smile with them.
Simone is an excellent personal trainer. Full stop. Her energy during our sessions is steady, heart-first, and encouraging. Her workouts are challenging, holistic, and she uses various approaches to get to the goals we set. This is exactly what I needed when I walked in the first day. Thank you!

Crunch Fitness is the place to be to get your workouts in!! I love that they have (2) punching bags. That’s where you will find me most mornings. It’s a great workout from having a back fusion in March. They recently redesigned the app which has challenges to help me meet my daily exercise goals. Wether I’m competing with other local members or all Crunch members - The app keeps me on track! ❤️

Awesome and friendly gym ! I train with chad and he definitely gives me the best workout possible. Not only has he helped me with achieving my goals his even added in some new ones without me even knowing it. He always explains the workouts with me and how to do them the in safest way possible. Even when I’m not training with him and go do my own thing his always popping up and checking in on me. When chads not around the other trainers are always there to help me out if I have any questions which is truly awesome!

I try to stay away from writing negative reviews, as I believe a poor experience at a business should be given the benefit of the doubt (was the staff member having a bad day? Did they deal with a terrible customer just before you? Who knows). Yet- here we are!
My husband signed up for a crunch fitness membership. We work out before work- and since crunch is *supposed to* open at 5:00am, that seemed like it would work for us! He got the higher membership that allows him to bring guests, so I could tag along with him to try the place out before getting my own membership.
On three separate occasions between mid November- December there was nobody there to open the gym on time, leaving a lineup of gym members outside. One morning the staff member showed up at 5:07 (not too late- no problem there!), but twice we chose to leave at 5:15-5:20 after nobody had come.
Having that said- the location is huge! Tons of equipment, it’s clean, and staff members are friendly. I chose to get my membership elsewhere because I can’t have my mornings put off like that- but if you aren’t a morning person anyways, this gym is great! Tons of parking because it’s located in a plaza. It can get busy, but because there’s so many choices for equipment you rarely have to wait for others. Gym members seem to follow basic gym etiquette as well, which is a huge plus!
UPDATE: Choosing to adjust my rating to 4 stars! Although I don’t go to this gym because of the issues we experienced when first trying it out, shortly after I posted this review someone reached out to my husband to address our concerns. I guess the old management was out, and is back now! Since then, my husband has experienced no problems- the gym is open daily when it should be, and team members in shift are courteous and doing their jobs.

I would like to thank Crunch fitness Fairless Hills for working with me to hit my goals. I was a college student coming back for the summer and the staff worked with me to make sure I was set up with the right plan and provided me with great customer service. I am grateful for the staff that they care more about the customers experience than getting the best deal on new members signing up.
