About the Club

The Daily Grind Fitness, located in Conshohocken, Pa (suburban Philadelphia), is a specialized and intimate personal training studio that offers one-on-one or small group personal training sessions to people of all fitness levels (from beginners to fitness enthusiasts to athletes). We work with people of all ages and levels to obtain desired results. As a result, The Daily Grind’s clients experience improved health, fitness, and self-confidence for healthy living.

I want to thank Jerome for getting this 64 year old woman in shape. I didn't think I could do what he said I could do. Jerome proud me wrong. I am working out and getting strong. I actually look forward to working out. I am so glad I decided to invest in myself. Never think it to late or you are to old that is a myth.

This is the first review I have ever written and I cannot think of a better place to write about than Daily Grind Fitness. I have been training with Jerome for a little over a year and I am stronger and more fit than at any other point in my life. Jerome has been addressing and correcting my poor mechanics, as they have contributed to numerous sports-related injuries of mine over the past 10 years or so.
Jerome’s subject knowledge and teaching ability are second to none, adapting his plan to each client to ensure a “personal” training approach. I highly recommend Daily Grind Fitness to anybody looking to achieve fitness and health goals.

I’m a professional musician, I tour and travel with a lot of major artist (John Legend, Jill Scott, and Maxwell, etc.) needless to say I’m on stage jumping around a whole lot.

I’ve worked out with several trainers and all of my experiences have always ended the same way with me being hurt and discouraged. I was injured with a bad lower back from a car accident that I was in a last year and not even physical therapy was helping me.

From the first day I met Jerome he made me feel comfortable and strong. Now after my first 50 sessions I feel strong, energized, and confident, and on top of that I have no back pain!

Jerome is the best that there is! I couldn’t imagine having anyone else guide me along my fitness journey!

A co-worker introduced me to Jerome's workout videos on youtube. Beforehand, I was smoking half a pack of cigarettes a day and hadn't worked out in around 2 years. Now (only 7 months later) I no longer smoke, and I work out 3 days a week to his 30 minute videos and most importantly my mind and body feel great... I couldn't thank Jerome enough! And all his workouts are free online.

This place is awesome! The trainer Jerome Robinson takes your temperature every day before you walk through the door and is constantly wiping down equipment so it is very clean and well sanitized. I completed my 45th workout with him and I've lost weight, became stronger and my balance has improved. Riding the Peloton bike and jogging on the Peloton treadmil was a treat! I highly recommend this trainer and this studio.

The best decision I’ve ever made!!! I’m a touring musician for the top artist John Mayer,Adele, Rihanna,Eminem, Jill Scott, Erykah Badu just to name a few. For years I’ve been touring not knowing the things wrong with me physically hips lock spine not straight balance off over weight no back strength feet injuries! All bad ! Now on my 54th session I’m 100 times better then when I started I lost 30lb or more and Ive started to incorporate hot yoga and I Feel great Healthy and in great shape and getting better thank to you the best trainer I’ve had Jerome Robinson! And keeps it super clean and us safe

I wish I would have found Daily Grind Fitness sooner. The approach to training and the private fitness studio is truly unlike any others out there (and I've tried a bunch over the years ...big/small in FL, NY and PA).
You will NOT get a cookie cutter/routine approach here. I have a few old injuries (knee, shoulder and hip) that interfered with my workouts and I wanted to find trainers who were knowledgeable and experienced that would help me not just in the short-term (getting fit) but also long-term. I want to remain healthy/active for as long as I can and exercise pain-free (except for being sore for a great workout).
My training plan is just that...mine. Jerome keeps it challenging, motivating and fun so I'm never bored. I added specific running training sessions with Jerome to improve my technique...yes it is a thing! My past injuries were making it painful to run and taking the joy out of it for me. Retraining my body to run "correctly" with efficiency hasn't been easy but it is worth it and I'm seeing improvement in how I feel when I run. He is has a wealth of knowledge and is gifted when it comes to teaching/training.

Daily Grind Fitness is the best combination of physical therapy and strength training. Jerome was able to quickly pinpoint my strengths and my weaknesses and bring my training into balance. At Daily Grind Fitness the workouts are always personalized, efficient, and thoughtfully designed to make the most of the training session. This place is private, comfortable, has all the equipment you need, different rooms with different fun music, a shower, a Peloton, and most importantly the best trainer in the world who adapts to your goals, your style, and delivers success. Daily Grind Fitness is the best place to go and maximize your fitness potential. Jerome is an experienced and professional trainer who designs a personal workout routine to meet your specific needs. He was able to help identify the source of my chronic pain that had always prevented me from successfully staying with a fitness plan. After sending me back to my medical providers, I finally received treatment that will enable me to start working out again. Daily Grind Fitness = Great people, great program, great studio!!! Jerome and Melissa are excellent!! I've been training with them since 2012 and it's the best decision I've ever made. They are professional, extremely knowledgeable and just very positive coaches to be around.

The program is unique, fun, and the workouts are built around EACH individuals' ability and goals.
I have lost weight (45 pounds) gained strength, reflexology and endurance, and can regularly run 5k events because of their dedication and encouragement.
