The mission at DeSavino Fitness is to help people achieve their ideal physiques and levels of health en route to optimizing their mental health and self esteem, as fitness and health is approached here in a holistic fashion.
Whether its losing those last 10 pounds of stubborn belly fat, or packing on lean muscle mass, I will work with you from start to finish to make sure you're able to transform your body and realize your fitness goals within 24 weeks or less!
In addition to 24 week health and wellness transformation packages, I also offer customized nutrition plans. These plans include total calories and macronutrients geared towards your goals, a grocery list, and a shopping list.
Also included are body part one off programs & extras.

The nutritional program that Pat provided me was exceptional! It motivated me to start eating healthier. He also helped me realize that you don’t need to completely cut out foods, you just need to adjust the foods that you eat to balance your diet. Pat is an amazing trainer, he started training me around the beginning of April and I had impressively fast results. When I started training with him in April I was 173 lbs, 82.2 lbs of muscle mass, and 17.9% body fat. 2 months later in June I was 177 lbs 85.3 lbs of muscle mass and 16.2 % body fat. I trust Pat and he is very good at what he does. He’s not only my trainer but he’s also a friend and a really good person. I’d recommend Pat to anyone trying to achieve their fitness goals.
