I have known Gabrielle for over 10 years. I have attended some of her yoga retreats and have also seen her for Thai massage. I can highly recommend her for both of those. She is an excellent and knowledgeable yoga teacher and you can tell that she has trained in multiple types and yoga. She will even blend in some Taichi type exercises to some of her classes. She is a skillful body worker and knows the body well. She has a firm but at the same time gentle touch. She frequently checks in to ensure that her pressure is not too soft or too strong, which I appreciate. Do your body a favor and get a massage from Gabrielle!

I love the style of yoga here: a deeper, more aware form than much of the power yoga going around today. But still challenging--do not fear! Sara does a wonderful gentle flow on Mondays that is appropriate for beginners and advanced alike. Jen's class on Thursday at 6 and Gabrielle's on Saturday at 8 are active flow classes that will help you strengthen and explore new poses.
