I've been working with Tracy now for several months to get a better handle on my nutrition for general health purposes. Highly recommend Drive Personal Fitness for anyone who is looking for the ultimate support system within the health and wellness community. Tracy helped me develop a healthy relationship with food/eating. She provided so much support, guidance and knowledge when it came down to what my body needed to jump start my metabolism. She provided tons of recipes, tips and tricks to up my nutrition game. She genuinely cares about her clients and puts so much time into developing a personalized plan, all while keeping a contagious smile on her face!
I have been training with Johnny 3x a week and I can’t say enough about his knowledge and coaching / training skills. He pushed me to a level I didn’t know I could reach. Every session he believed in me, encouraged me and rooted for me. Johnny also puts so much time into his clients and personalizing workout plans. Contacting Drive Personal Fitness was a life changing moment. Not only have I lost body fat, maintained muscle mass, have become the strongest I have ever been… but I gained two great friends. I am so thankful for all DPF has done for my mental and physical health.
Johnny and Tracy are top level trainers who are professional, knowledgeable and genuine. The before pic is the day I started and the 2nd pic was about 5 1/2 months of working with DPF. I’m so glad I trusted their process💪🏽

Drive Personal Fitness was a life saver this summer! I reached out when I was in town for only a few weeks and Tracy emailed me back within 24 hours. They were extremely accommodating to my schedule constraints and offered affordable options for me. I really liked that the workouts were 30 mins and it changed the way I approached working out. Tracy and John were extremely kind and actually explained how the exercise was going to help me meet my fitness goals. I highly recommend the group fitness classes, everyone was so welcoming. I’d still be a member if I lived in the area!!

John and Tracy are simply the best! Every workout trains different aspects of fitness, are intense and timely, and take account of any physical limitations one might have. Every minute of the workout is meaningful, and I've never had a trainer so in tune with what I need and how to best achieve the goals we've set. I give them the highest recommendation I possibly can. I'll never go anywhere else!
