Driven Strength and Fitness provides top notch sports performance for today’s youth athletes.

Driven also provides comprehensive fitness training in small group and 1 on 1 settings for athletes and adults.
We combine mobility, strength, injury prevention, and conditioning with the latest training techniques to keep our clients performing at their best.

I’ve been training with John Anthony at Driven Strength & Fitness, and he’s one of the best trainers I’ve worked with. He quickly understood my mobility limitations—especially in my hips—and built a personalized plan that made a big difference.

He also completely relieved my left shoulder and elbow pain using targeted resistance band work to rebuild small muscle strength.

What sets John apart is his collaborative, attentive style. He constantly watches your form, offers smart tips, and adjusts movements to keep them both effective and safe. It’s clear he genuinely cares about your progress.

If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, encouraging trainer with a highly personalized approach, I highly recommend John.

Great gym! Clean … well equipped … excellent, knowledgeable coaches focused on providing personal attention …fun and friendly atmosphere… consistent encouragement and feedback on proper form throughout the work out sessions… can’t say enough good things about Driven. Highly recommend for your teen to learn proper training technique in a supportive and fun environment with progress checks along the way. My son has shown tremendous growth and gains over the last year while working with the Driven staff and during set back injuries, the staff modified him to still be able to continue to meet goals and feel supported. I cannot say enough good things about Driven. Rory the owner and John the Director are quality individuals who give it to you straight. The whole team they have assembled provides great direction and guidance.
I’m not a gym fanatic. I tried corporate do-it-yourself places and even more regional Ys and the fact is when left to do it on your own, there is no structure or discipline. These guys and the other trainers show you proper techniques, offer balanced workouts and take the time to explain the science behind the programs.
If you are you are looking for a fun, but challenging workout routine, and you need structure and accountability I cannot recommend these guys more.

Driven has been my strength training home for YEARS! I have been training here since it first opened.... maybe 2016. I'm not sure. They do a great job from goal setting and reviewing, to training, to keeping me on the road running. Rory and John are very knowledgeable. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! Highly recommend for adults and athletic kids. Training is second to none!

Driven Gym has provided me with the additional confidence I needed entering a gym, ensuring proper form, knowledge of a slew of exercises, and an overall welcoming community. They keep their facilities clean, and ensure groups don’t get too overcrowded (so that each member can get specialized advice per session). They ensure you keep up with your goals with checkpoints and one on one syncs. Driven Strength and Fitness has been everything I needed in a gym. Most people have memberships to Planet Fitness, and yet most people are in worse shape than before they got the membership. Why? Because they lack coaching, accountability, and team-like motivation. All of which you receive when joining Driven!

In my own personal experience, I began feeling the results after the first workout (muscle soreness). But I actually began SEEING the results after the very first week! And now 4 weeks in, I look better, I feel better, and I have grown so much stronger in such a short amount of time. I highly recommend Driven Strength and Fitness to anyone who is serious about getting into shape.

I had never used a gym before, but age has brought me to a time of need. So, I chose Driven due to some other recommendations by friends. This is not a gym filled with gym rats and muscle heads. This is a comfortable, welcoming, and encouraging environment used by people that want a sensible, safe, and guided workout to help you look, feel, and perform better in life. The instructors are very encouraging and will teach you exactly how to use a gym properly and safely.
I never thought I would say this, but after going to Driven for 4 months, I actually look forward to going!

We’ve been really impressed with the programming at Driven. Our 11yo son joined for middle school athletics training and conditioning this past Spring, and he loves it (constantly asks when his next session is or if we can add sessions). He’s made noticeable gains in strength, speed and agility, but more importantly, his confidence both on the field and off seems to have improved substantially in just a short period of time. I appreciate an understanding of the science behind the motor movements, and the importance of doing each activity correctly. For example “pull back your shoulders to maximize this movement “or “move more slowly, down on a count of 3, to get more out of this exercise”. The coaches and trainers at Driven are licensed, experienced and highly knowledgeable about exercise science. Their coaching and instruction teaches me what to focus on during exercise for each muscle group. It allows me to to get the most from the program. It prevents me from getting injured. I have been with Driven since the day they opened. I highly recommend this gym!! As a former college athlete, the training programs are competitive and intense which I love. However, the staff is always there to support if you are having an off day. They encourage you to push yourself but are mindful of your health and safety. The staff at Driven are great people which makes the experience fun and motivating. My daughter also works out at Driven and has seen improvement in strength and mobility over the past 2 years. In fact Rory was one of my trainers at a previous gym and I was so happy working with him that I immediately signed up when he decided to open Driven. The entire staff at Driven is fantastic. Everyone has excellent training and experience which makes working with the team so enjoyable. They stress proper technique, can explain the science of why exercises are done a specific way, and know how to adjust an exercise to an individual’s specific needs or limitations. They understand what training makes the most sense for specific sports but they are also wonderful at helping someone achieve general overall fitness goals. The team is super friendly and easy to talk to and they are also an excellent resource if you have questions about nutrition. I truly appreciate the team environment at Driven and always look forward to my workouts. Besides helping me train over the years, they have also helped me rehab and rebuild from injuries which got me back to competitive form much sooner than expected. And back stronger too! It is hard to find a place where middle schoolers can feel at home and welcome. They make working out fun for him.
