When I questioned the owner about a demonstrated exercise he showed on ig, and he immediately began berating me calling me dumb as rocks and I don’t know anything and I should do research and mocking me as though I don’t know anything about lifting weights. Absolutely acts like an ignorant playground bully.
Regarding the gym, not nearly enough real weights. Lots of bs kettle bell weights. Not enough real muscle building weights and machines.

You could spend $10 month to do half ass workout because of entitled machine hogging idiots, equipment laying everywhere but where it should be, wannabe influencer recording, have dirty locker rooms, management you can't speak to and who cares nothing about you or the place.

OR, you can spend $50 a month at Earn Everything Gym and get a quality gym where the owner is on site, hands-on, and easily accessible for any concerns. A gym whose owner and members are welcoming and helpful. The gym is spotless and organized. You can do twice the workout that you could at the $10 place, thanks to not having to wait for equipment. Donnie is rightfully proud and dedicated to his business, and it shows when you look around the gym. He clearly states the rules and expectations that are no more than basic cleanliness, basic decency, and common respect.

Gym is super clean and has everything you could need out of a gym. It is never overly crowded and has a good gym community who keep it clean and organized. Nice gym but they got dish soap and water to wipe down the machines. I looked it up and it cleans surfaces but it does not DISINFECT surfaces so the equipment is still covered with germs bacteria and viruses so what's the point in wiping it down?

I have been going to Earn Everything Gym after failing to commit to big name gyms like LA Fitness or Planet Fitness. EEG has made going to the gym something to look forward to, due to a clean and positive gym environment in a private setting. This gym is a one of a kind city gym. I've lived in this city my whole life, been to a few great gyms but this is hands down my favorite gym ever. The first selling point for me was that it is a 24/7 gym all year round holidays as well. During my time hear I've met the owner and other members and every member is here for the same reasons from what I can tell, which is: a gym experience where people expect a clean orderly, available and safe gym on YOUR terms. The only way this ends up being possible is that everyone as a private member has an assumed duty to uphold the rules and standards of the gym but this ends up being the best and only way to have it all and for things to be secure.

I've seen some reviews that feel differently about the rules, standards and culture but I can honestly say the owner Don is always interested in speaking with and keeping the members interests as his top priority. Everyone has his number and email and can reach out anytime, he encourages it. He's great - tough guy in a tough city - but is the same guy training kids and adults in the gym, he seriously cares and it shows in a great gym experience.

I'm especially excited for the gym getting a managed ice bath and sauna room. Other establishments make you pay everytime you USE the icebath or sauna, but this gym is going to have it as a separate amenity that you pay for as a membership and I think that's huge.... 24/7

Everyone's cool, equipment is always clean and available, basic to advanced equipment is present, cool unique amenities on the way so you don't have to travel to fishtown or center city for fancier stuff, and no one EVER bothers you during a workout unless its a fistbump. My kind of orderly gym.

I met Donnie thru my son who also works out at EEG. He was very professional, showed me all the equipment, state of the art may I add, and VERY CLEAN!!! He explained all the rules which I could appreciate because as a woman, I want to feel safe at the gym, want to workout in a sanitized gym, and feel comfortable with a community that shares my same values. Safety, cleanliness, and respect are key factors to the owner and the reason I joined.

The equipment is very well maintained and there’s a machine and weights for every body part you want to train, even a hip thrust machine that I’ve never seen in local gyms. There’s even plenty of space to do full body stretch before starting my workout that I can comfortably do without feeling weird out or stared at by other strangers due to a crowded gym; I like to go to the gym really early to get my day started after a fruitful workout.

People go to the gym to work out not have excessive rules sent out every day. Owner aggressively yells from across the room not knowing anyones traumas or past conflicts to address concerns instead of taking anyone to the side and speaking to them like an adult that is paying to go there. then after yelling sends a passive aggressive email to the gym. Made me not even want to workout there the 2 days a week I was using it for. I would not recommend women to go here especially beginners. I’ve been working out for years and the owner made me feel very intimidated.

Looks like you’re getting clients confused. instead of taking accountability you want to make up a story. You were training someone and yelled from where you were to where I was while I had on head phones instead of coming up to me you proceeded yell. When I did hear you i just said ok and put my shoes on. Didn’t have an attitude and that was the last engagement we had.We never spoke after that especially not about my son as you would have immediately been corrected after classifying him under the wrong gender. You did say he could be by me while I worked out when I signed up. but we never once spoke about him outside of my sign up. Take accountability instead of deflecting. I don’t have a problem being corrected however I do have a problem if I am not being addressed properly.

My daughter and I have been attending Earn Everything Gym since August. This Gym is spectacular clean and always well organized. You never have to search for attachments to use equipment. The women's bathroom meticulously clean. The members that I see there are respectful and speak nicely to me in positive greetings. Great atmosphere to workout in!

I LOVE the culture of respect at EEG! Donnie, the owner, made me feel so safe and welcomed during my consultation and was so accommodating (I had my 5 year old son with me)
He quickly and efficiently explained the gym rules and gave me a tour after which I signed up immediately. The culture of respect and care for community is what made me fall in love. Unlike so many other gyms, there is never a shortage of equipment or disorganization. The gym (including bathrooms) is always SPOTLESS!

A Super convenient & clean gym ! As a female in the fitness community for the past 5 years coming from the popular fusion gyms. Earn everything gym has all the equipment needed to achieve your fitness goals, I feel safe and comfortable at the gym due to their safety policies which I love, I can go at anytime and safety is not a concern.
I also appreciate that I don’t have to encounter people with pajamas, crocs or no shoes which something that we see at these other gyms. Donnie is friendly and understanding as well he will even accommodate us moms in cases when we don’t have a sitter, something not every gym offers therefore we also have to be considerate and follow rules. I prefer to pay 55 a month than pay 10 dollars for a gym that has no control over its members. It’s gotta be the best gym in Philly and I don’t think it’s really even close. The owner Donnie is the man. And when he says “members only”, it truly means members only. I’ve been a member for the past three weeks and I couldn’t be happier. It’s extremely clean and organized. Met Donnie a long time ago. Always an athlete and was the first person I went to when he opened his gym. Always listens to your needs, modifies exercises if needed and pushes you in a good way to get the results you're looking for. I started training with Donnie back in 2018. He’s knowledgeable, straight forward, and really has a desire to help people reach their fitness goals. He accommodated me by training my son while training me, this way I never had to miss a workout because of childcare.
