EAST COAST X-TRAINING
Is an exclusive training gym that offers personal training for adults and sports performance training for athletes. Adult personal training and group classes are offered throughout the day. Youth sports performance classes and personal training is offered after school.
All training and classes are by appointment only.

My go-to place to start my day! Work-outs are varied, challenging and incredibly motivational. You will leave sweating and feeling totally accomplished. Steve is a consummate professional and an expert in his field. He knows exactly what his clients need and he delivers the kind of fitness environment that busy professionals expect.

I have been working with Steve for 1:1 personal training for two years. Steve trains my teenagers as well! He does an excellent job adapting to individual needs such as injuries, age, and goals. He is always professional, on time, and flexible. I highly recommend Steve. You won't find a better trainer on the Mainline!

I have gone to many gyms and trainers over the years… and of all of the trainers in this area, my favorite is Steve at ECX. He is the utmost professional and always keeps the workouts fresh and innovative. He works with many D1 Athletes and people like me who want to maximize my time, getting out of my comfort zone to stay strong, healthy and fit. He’s the best trainer in the area and also just a great person!

ECX is a phenomenal gym for a solid, targeted workout in the Mainline area. Steve is an amazing trainer- motivating, engaging and professional.
The group training classes are large enough that there is great energy yet small enough to provide the benefit of the focus and intensity of small group training (and, individualized exercise modifications). Classes and personal training incorporate boxing, strength, weight & cardio circuits and functional movement exercises. The atmosphere is energetic, motivating and encouraging. I love getting my day started with training at ECX!

The best in the area! Whether it's personal training, group athletic training, or circuit style classes - you will get your heart rate up with cardio drills and muscle burning strength exercises. Motivating, encouraging, and exercise modifications when needed - classes are for all levels. You will improve your overall fitness while - dare I say - having fun.
