10/10 fitness and performance center! I’ve been training at Elevate with Erik Long for the past 10 years and could not recommend him enough. He prepared me for college athletics and is now helping in the transition after. He has the ability to modify any plan to train anyone, athlete or not!

Erik makes it fun and pushes the athletes beyond their comfort zone, teaching them mental toughness while getting them stronger, highly recommend.

Elevate Fitness and Performance Center is a great location for helping athletes further their performance and fitness. The trainers at this gym facility work one-on-one with athletes to increase their speed and agility through their performance training. My son, who plays soccer, has since a great improvement in his speed, strength and confidence through his training. I would highly recommend this location if you want to increase your skills. They train athletes who play football, lacrosse, baseball, softball, basketball, soccer, tennis and track.
