Best yoga studio in Delco! Kristy has created a multi-faceted yoga experience for a community of women (and a few highly evolved guys) seeking health and wellness without judgment.

I called the studio not knowing allot about the studio, Kristy answered and she was so pleasant to talk to. Booked my 12 year old daughter session for her bday with her friends and they all loved it. The place is very clean and smells nice and kristy is fabulous with kids.
I recommend you calling her for a class.
We definitely will be back.

Update after some time here: this place is truly special. Yesterday, a few regulars came in, stressed and sad and angry at some life issues and it was such an honest to God beautiful moment because we all came together to support and offer love and understanding to each other, even though just a few months ago, we were strangers. The energy and vibe here is something I have never experienced and I am truly grateful to learn and practice in this special space.——————————

As a brand new “fluffy” person to yoga, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kristy is down to earth and real, making you feel immediately like a friend and right at home. I was nervous that I wouldn’t be able to do all of the exercises and stretches, but she was more than willing to help and to make me feel confident in my abilities. From the start when she had us relax our bodies and concentrate on our breathing, all of the stress of the day, and quite honestly the week, started to melt away. By the end, I felt amazing and a true believer. She was knowledgeable about different body types, gave us basic and more advanced poses and encouraged everyone throughout to do what was best for themselves. She has gained a lifetime customer out of me!

I have always wanted to try yoga but i was always afraid. I didn’t want to feel the embarrassment of not being able to what everyone else can. With a bad back and minimal flexibility i just didn’t know if it was for me. Coming here was the best decision i could have made. My mind and my body felt amazing after, and i have taken home knowledge of stretches, and mindfulness skills i can practice even when i can’t make a class. I appreciated Kristy’s ability to provide options for the experienced and inexperienced to make it enjoyable for all levels. My only critique would be more hours so i can come more often with my busy schedule. Highly recommend!!

From the moment I walked in the door Kristy made me feel completely welcomed and relaxed.

It has been about 3 years since I’ve done yoga and I was a little worried at first if I would fit in, the positive energy and relaxed atmosphere calmed me right down.

From the first class I took I knew this would be the place for me to get back into my practice that my body, mind and spirit so desperately needed.

At the beginning of each class she makes sure to focus on relaxing and letting go of the day to get the most out of your practice. For each pose she shows the beginner level but also gives the advanced version of the pose so you truly get what your practice needs at that exact moment.

Elevate Yoga Studio is a welcomed small business to our community and much needed.

Just completed my 3rd class as a new student and plan on continuing my yoga experience at Elevate Yoga Studio. Elevate has been my first yoga experience and I have enjoyed all three sessions that I've taken. I've done the mid day mindful meditation and stretch session, I've done a full class in the evening and I've also did a zoom call. Of course being in the studio for me is what works better. The atmosphere at Elevate is so relaxing and the mood that is created for the classes helps bring you to that peaceful place within yourself.

Being a plus size woman at first I didn't think I could do it. Thought I would be judged by others for even being there. Kristy makes you feel comfortable. When my body was like you thought wrong I wasn't called out. I wasn't made uncomfortable. Kristy showed us the poses and gave suggestions so that you wouldn't push your body beyond its limit but still get the full experience.

I'm thankful there is a place that I can go that just doesn't promote a judge free environment for all body types but actually follows through with it.

This studio is one of a kind! This is not just yoga- it is a full mind, body and soul experience. It is clear that the instructor and owner has put her heart and soul into creating a space for people to feel comfortable and taken care of. I feel incredible after her class and can’t wait to go back.

Wow! Can't say enough good things about Kristy and Elevate Yoga Studio First of all, the studio space itself is warm and inviting. It has such a positive and welcoming energy.

Yoga can be intimidating if you are new to the practice. It's like there's this notion that you can't be good at it unless your a certain build or lifestyle and can bend like a pretzel. The upsetting part of that is that the physical practice is just skimming the surface of yoga. WE ALL NEED YOGA. Kristy and Elevate have broken down the social norms and stigmas. She's made a world within those four walls where yoga is available to everyone of all backgrounds and skill levels. She is delivering yoga to an area that had very little (if any) access before and is making it accessible for all to embrace and enjoy.

I have a solid personal practice and I love a beginners class! Pretty sure the Buddha himself promotes practicing all of life with a beginner's mindset. Having an established practice means I can always push myself further and Kristy leaves space for that as well. I absolutely adore the diversity within the world of Elevate Yoga Studio (music, people, levels, classes, etc...). I'll be coming back again and again and I'm bringing some friends!

Love love love this Yoga Studio. I travel all the way from West Chester, just to take class at this Studio. I love the freedom of the classes and that fact that I do not need to be a Yoga expert to take class here. I leave feeling refreshed and relaxed and have never felt more then comfortable taking a class with all different levels at once. Don't wait! You have to check this place out. Looking forward to some of the up coming workshops this month as well. See you on the mat! ❤🧘‍♀️

I absolutely LOVED Elevate Yoga. I have never done yoga before….my friend and I decided to give it a try (NEW STUDENT DISCOUNT 3 classes for $25–what a freakin steal!). We explained to Kristy that we had zero clue what we were doing and she was AMAZING. The atmosphere was comfortable, light music, there were about 8-9 of us in the class. Kristy made sure that everyone was comfortable with the music, our placement, etc. I instantly felt “at home.” When we completed our class I spoke to Kristy about some positions that I was uncomfortable with (due to my own issues) and we figured out ways to fix that so I will be trying those out this week! As someone who thought yoga was going to suck for someone with my body type, Kristy showed me that Elevate Yoga is ABSOLUTELY for every BODY!!!!

VERY DISAPPOINTING. First of all she accepts cash but didn’t have any cash to make change when I paid with cash- so I let her have it. Then during class the music she played was like a mix tape of pop, country, hip hop, etc- super strange for yoga- it’s really difficult to meditate and concentrate on breathing and form when you’re listening to ‘Old Town Road’ or any other music that has words and a beat. Moreover, I have never taken a class so slow and boring- there was no sequencing flow so it was just stagnant stretching. And It was also REALLY cold in the building which made the slow class even worse! Lastly, they don’t even advertise what kind of class you are taking- Vinyasa, Hatha, Hot, etc. She told us that all classes are ‘designed’ for ‘all’, meaning they are all beginner level. So disappointed- didn’t feel like she knew what she was doing- felt like a scam.
