Elite Gamespeed NEPA is the ideal spot to have a great work out. I’ve been attending the women’s HIIT class and I love it! The workouts are challenging but Joe gives great direction. I highly recommend the class if you need a jump start into working out again and if you like a fun group atmosphere!

My 10 year old loves ELITE GAMESPEED. He gets to train with kids of all ages yet his only competition is himself.
The coaches are great with the kids and are able to distinguish each kid’s strengths and weaknesses. While they work in a group, each kid is challenged individually to strengthen the areas they lack and fine tune the areas where they are strong.
My son has seen improvements in all of his sports as well as discovering a love of weight training!

Joe instilled the habits & practice of speed, strength & agility training and its relation to sports performance. As a basketball player, Jordan needs all three to be able to play from baseline to baseline, above the rim and relatively injury free. I have started at several gyms in my life but it has always been short lived. I'm not sure how Joe does it, but I find myself looking forward to working out during the week. I’ve been training at Elite Gamespeed for about 2 years. The staff and facility are top notch, it is everything I want in a gym! Why Elite Gamespeed?

At 8 years old our son Jake has been the fastest kid in his grade at his school from day 1! On day 1 at Elite Gamespeed however he was almost the slowest! That’s when I knew we were at the right place! Nearly 6 months later, he’s faster than some and keeps up with athletes nearly twice his age during what he now refers to as his training!

This past Sunday was his first flag football game and 4 effortless touchdowns later it was nice to hear two random fans say “Who is that kid?” “Not sure but he flies!”
