Lorraine is a great trainer. She tailors workouts to your ability and goals. Her workouts are challenging and focus on proper form as well as weight progression. After working with Lorraine for 2 months I have seen a significant change in my body appearance and overall strength and health. I truly look forward to our twice weekly training sessions.

Lacking self discipline and confidence, with Lorraine's help, I have overcome numerous incidents of age related events. Initially, when I met Lorraine, I was discharged from Physical Therapy and told by my orthopedic surgeon that I would be a candidate for knee surgery in two years. Fast forward 14 years. Due to Lorraine's knowledge, expertise and her never ending patience, I have yet to have had surgery. This alone is a testimony to Lorraine's excellence.

Changed my entire relationship with working out- love it now that I know what I am doing. So many of my setbacks / injuries/ lack of results were easily overcome by Lorraine’s observations of what I was doing incorrectly followed by her guidance on how to do it correctly- how to really listen to and “feel” my muscles. Amazing how much more fun training became when I started getting the results that had always eluded me. Lorraine taught me more than any doctor or nutritionist about eating for energy and strength. I feel better than I have in 30 years - if you want to combat aging, I highly recommend EPIC Health Coaching.
