I like Vaibhavi’s classes for following reasons. She,
1> has in depth knowledge about Yoga practice (theory and practical)
2> gives enough theory about yoga pose while demonstrating practical
3> starts and ends her class on time
4> is flexible and works with you based on your needs and wants
5> is a good human being and ensures you feel calm and composed at the end of each practice
I highly recommend people to take advantage of her guidance wherever you are in your Yoga journey.

"I thoroughly enjoyed this session—it was both timely and deeply meaningful for my mind and body. The session offered the perfect level of physical and mental relaxation, leaving me feeling rejuvenated. I attended Vai’s yoga classes (5:30 am batch) and it really helped get into the routine to start my day nice and early. Her teaching techniques were amazing. Vai taught us something new every day that helped my body, mind in great way. She’s very knowledgeable & I truly enjoyed attending her classes, certainly recommend her!! Thank you Vai!!

Vaibhavi has been very kind and understanding about individuals abilities , while teaching us and she is very knowledgeable about the practices of Yoga. By end of the session I felt that I can continue on my own about the simple yogasana’s ( I understand that we could learn only few things from this vast field) and keep myself fairly agile and active and in good health. I got full satisfaction from her class.

I absolutely love Vaibhavi’s yoga classes! The pace is perfect, making it easy to follow along, and the live online sessions are a huge plus compared to recorded ones. She can see us in real-time, which means she can give corrections when needed. The class size is ideal, creating a comfortable, personalized experience. Yoga has always been close to my heart, but I never had enough motivation to commit to it until now. Thanks to my friend Vaibhavi for initiating these classes! I’ve already noticed improvements in my flexibility and strength, and I feel more confident and proud of my progress. Highly recommend!

As a yoga practitioner for a few years, I was looking for some deeper knowledge about the asanas as well as pranayama. Vai delivered! She is knowledgeable, always has a good plan for her classes, focusing on different aspects every week so that we truly learn and also enjoy. Her voice is soothing and supportive. Every class that I attended, I came away with learning and calmness. She is also able to motivate you to stay with your regular practice. Namaste. 🙏🏼. Many good wishes and 5 stars ⭐️
