The Falcon Fitness Center is home to all your fitness needs. The fitness center is an impressive 14,374 square feet and is filled with state of the art cardiovascular, strength, and group exercise equipment. The Falcon Fitness Centerβs mission is to make fitness opportunities accessible to all individuals on campus, regardless of oneβs fitness level and background. Unlike many fitness centers, Messiah's Falcon Fitness Center plays host to a variety of members, including students, athletes, and adaptive members. The atmosphere has been incredibly encouraging for me and my teammates who work out in the fitness center, and we agree that it reflects God's kingdom with its diverse population all achieving their goals, both individual and communal. If you are thinking about a fitness center that caters to all people, times, and types of exercise, I highly recommend the Messiah University Falcon Fitness Center.

Great atmosphere, great equipment, great workout. Scanning in can be a little difficult and it can get crowded but it's a gym so that's expected. Overall great place to form new habits.

The fit center is super clean and very well laid out. The staff is always friendly and wait times for machines/free weights are never too long. Accessible for students and community members!

Lots of equipment and everything is always very clean. Sometimes certain equipment isn't available because of group classes but there's always a similar machine to use instead.

The Falcon Fitness Center has something for everyone whether that be bikes, treadmills, pelotons, group exercise classes, free weights, or racks. The workers are all so kind and helpful with anything you have questions about. I undoubtedly recommend this gym for anyone!

The music is always lively so when I forget my headphones i donβt feel too sad! The equipment is pretty new as it seemingly rotates every few years! There is this new dress code it that helps to remind me that yes this gym is located on a Christian campus and comfortability doesnβt need to mean I get stared at while trying to work out!

I highly recommend the Falcon Fitness Center. It isn't your standard fitness center as they provide a VARIETY of equipment, from free weights, racks, machines, TRX, ropes, to several cardio equipment options (fan bikes, rower, Stairmaster, Jacob's ladder, treadmill, elliptical... the list goes on). The fitness classes are exceptional and very affordable compared to other places. Queenax is my favorite class to attend, it is 45 mins of high intensity work and the people are great :)

I've taken numerous group classes at the Falcon Fitness center and have never been disappointed. The quality of the teachers are exceptional. They always change up each class that you go to so it doesn't get boring. There is a lot of different equipment that is provided so that they can make each class fun and different. I would highly recommend.
