Downingtown Fit Body Boot Camp specializes in convenient 30-minute FUN boot camp sessions that challenge the body and deliver results in a positive, supportive, and energetic atmosphere. Our sessions combine strength training and high intensity interval training (HIIT) and we GUARANTEE our client’s results by adding nutritional guidance and personal accountability.

I started with Downingtown FBBC to build strength. The gym was super close to home (5min) and workouts were only 30min so I could go before or after work and still have time for activities. I ended up building strength, stamina, confidence, self esteem, and a new family for support. Did I lose weight, sure. But what I gained was so much better!!

Love FBBC! Great workouts, coaches who are able to give substitutions if you're injured (or pregnant like I was), fun merchandise and events! I could go on... but my favorite thing about working out here is I've become strong enough to lift my toddler and hold her for a long period of time without killing my arms!

Downingtown Fit Body Bootcamp is my absolute favorite place to start day! The coaches are so helpful and supportive of your goals. This gym is a community of wonderful people that root for each other. I’ve never stayed more consistent with my routine until I started here! The workouts are adaptable for all levels. I started FBBC in Downingtown after hearing so many positive stories about it from many friends. As someone who has a few physical/health restrictions but also enjoys working out when I have the time and opportunity, their 30 minute workouts make it work! And I get to workout with friends and meet new ones which makes it that much more fun ;)

I recently started my "fitness journey". I was very nervous to dive into something like a boot camp, but the coaches at Downingtown Fit Body Boot Camp made it so easy. Christina is a fountain of knowledge and is very quick to answer any questions you may have to help you along, with no judgement EVER. I typically took class with Coach Lindsay who is not only motivating, but incredibly fun. Coach Lauren was my guide through the 6 week challenge and completely exceeded my expectations. Coach Mary was in a few classes I had taken and her efforts always pushed me to work harder. All of the coaches love what they due and care about every person that walks through their doors, no matter their experience level.

I can’t say enough good things about DFBBC! It’s so much more than a gym. Yes, it’s an awesome, 30 minute workout that is safe yet effective and functional. It’s also an amazingly supportive and motivating community, both coaches and it’s members. It’s been my sanity during Covid-19 especially. DFBBC has also done a great job of keeping its members safe with their cleaning protocols and limiting the amount of members inside at one time. I’m so glad I found this amazing place to close to home!

I was so excited when I learned this gym was opening here in Downingtown. I have never been much of a “gym goer” but I was looking for a change in my workout routine and DFBBC was exactly what I needed! The quick 30 minute workouts are challenging, effective, fun and each can be modified for any fitness level. The coaches are fantastic at programming great workouts, keeping the equipment and facilities clean and they really care about motivating everyone. We celebrate every success and milestone here and the support and friendships from the coaches and other members is what keeps me coming back everyday. I love everything about DFBBC! The coaches, the members and the variety of workouts, the accountability and support inside the gym and out. They motivate me to get out of bed and get active in the morning which I never experienced at past gyms. During COVID they have taken all of the necessary precautions so that the members and staff can stay safe and healthy. They even have virtual workouts if you’re not able to get out that day. I’m so glad to have this in my life. DFBBC is not a place- it’s a family. 💙

This is the best gym that I have ever been a member. My fiancé' and I have only been going for 2 weeks and every coach has been so kind, inviting and supportive. I have some limitations due to an injury. I told each coach when I met them and have never had to tell them again. As soon as I walk in the gym they come to me to tell me the modifications for the exercises that I shouldn't do. If you are looking for a place that doesn't judge and wants to see you succeed this is the place for you.

DFBBC has awesome 30 minute workouts. The Coaches guide you through each and every work out. You make the workout as tough as you want or if it’s too tough, there are always modifications for all of us. The coaches make the workouts fun and help you to push a little farther than you think you can go. It’s so amazing when you realize you can actually pick up that heavier weight and get through a workout. This group of coaches and the members are all supportive of each other. The coaches & members who share their personal journeys to a fit, healthy lifestyle are all so inspiring! Maybe they will ask You to share your fitness journey. THE CLEANEST AND NICEST GYM EVER! And if you're a busy person like me, you want to get in, do your workout and get out without milling around like a lost sheep. The trainers are all so nice and funny. The classes are just all around perfect. I'm sore, but I'm happy that I'm sore. If you need to get out of the house and exercise, I highly suggest this place!

I have never been a “gym” person, but that’s all changed since joining DFBBC 4 months ago. The whole atmosphere—from the fun and supportive coaching staff, quick and intense workouts, to the overall positivity of the Fit Fam, is what hooked me. The workouts are geared towards all fitness levels and they are completely different each time. There is also nutrition support to help you stay on track and meet your goals. This is my go to place for everything (even before Covid)- this is my happy hour, my social hour, my therapy, my comedy hour. The studio is well maintained because the coaches clean after every class, sometimes during class. The coaches and other members are the best support group, mentors, friends and cheerleaders! 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Come join the fun, you won't regret it! I know it's the best decision I made.

Absolutely love Downingtown Fit Body Boot Camp! The coaches are amazing and so supportive! The classes are always different which keeps it fun and interesting! It is not intimidating like some gyms can be and the other members cheer everyone on and celebrate success! It’s so much more than a gym! They also offer personalized nutrition plans and suggestions for healthier food choices that are sustainable long term. Every class is available on their Facebook page for members who are not comfortable going to the gym in person yet. I cannot recommend this gym enough for anyone who wants to start living a healthier lifestyle but doesn’t know where to start! You will not regret it!

It is hard to put into words just how fantastic this facility is! I recently moved from Philadelphia to the Downingtown area due to work. I had already been an avid gym goer but knew that what i needed was like minded people who shared the same goals and showed support. I decided to sign up for a trial week at DFBBC and i haven't looked back! It has been over a year now and i know in my core (that i work out daily) that this is my place and these are my people! I have never been shown such an overwhelming amount of support from so many people. From the inspiring and energetic coaches, down to the "stranger" working out next to me, who becomes my friend at the end of class, this place is top notch!! Not only have made so many friends of the members, but even the coaches! I wont pick favorites here because they are all really awesome individuals! If you are considering signing up, do it! Even if you are unable to attend a physical class, they got you! Even during the pandemic and shut down, virtual and/or outdoor workouts were a thing. When you need a fit fam, this one cant be beat! I promise you, you wont regret it!

Downingtown FBBC is a fun, fast workout!! Every class is different, so you can’t get bored doing the same thing. The gym is clean and they take every covid precaution. I like the late morning classes because they aren’t as crowded. Lindsay is an energetic and knowledgeable trainer.

Paid the 68 dollars for one month unlimited classes. After 3 classes could not sign up, emailed about signing up for more because of one month unlimited.....no response. When I first signed up, got several emails so pretty sure email issues on their end is not it. I know if I called, I would have gone through an uncomfortable conversation trying to force me to commit more and that stinks. I should have gotten my one month with no issues, and If I wanted to stay, it would not have been forced. Sad part, I was ready to sign up after the month. I was really liking it

I love this gym! It’s a very clean and beautiful facility. The owner and instructors are great! They are all very supportive and care about their clients. The workouts are 30 minutes, which are fun and effective! There are many different fitness levels in the class, and everyone is very supportive of one another. This is the best place I’ve worked out-ever. I feel stronger than ever (even after 2 kids). The coaches are super supportive and fun and the workouts are challenging but the time flies! I love the HIIT style workouts because they mix up cardio and weights to help slim and tone the body. If you’ve been wondering what fit body boot camp is all about come out and try it- you won’t be disappointed. I tried it two months ago and have been going 5-6x a week since I walked in the doors! I have belonged to big box gyms, had personal trainers, done all the at home programs and sure they work but then you get bored and fall off the routine. NOT here at DTown FBBC! The workouts are great, only 30 minutes too! The coaches are by far, hands down EXCELLENT and genuinely care about your progress and goals. If you haven't tried it yet - what are you waiting for???

I never thought of myself as a "gym" type person...but I LOVE going to the classes at Downingtown FBBC. The coaches really helped me with my form (because I had never really worked out before, I was very unsure of myself going in). I absolutely love Fit Body Boot Camp. Their exercises are only 30 minutes which is so easy to fit into your busy schedule, but don’t let the “only 30 minute exercise” fool you. You will burn SO many calories in one session! The trainers at Downingtown FBBC are amazing! They don’t just stand around while you’re completing your session. They are watching and correcting your form, they are encouraging you to keep you going when you seem to lose steam, and they are cheering you on the whole time. There are always ways to modify each exercise so it’s for anyone at any fitness level. You basically have a personal trainer by your side the whole time. They will also help you with your nutrition to reach your goals. Not only are the trainers encouraging but so are the members! If you’re looking for an amazing fat burning quick workout, this is the place for you!!

If you're looking for a quick, challenging and amazingly fun workout, Downingtown FBBC is the place for you! I joined the week they opened and could not be happier with my experience so far! The brand new facility is SO nice with lots of fun equipment to use during workouts.
