I can't recommend this studio enough. Jen is an amazing trainer. She is patient and encouraging but will make sure you are challenged! Beginners are very welcome. I started at the studio in May with no experience with weights, and I've learned so much, seen my body change, and grown more confident because of Jen and her classes. Pricing is reasonable and in line with other studios, and there is a variety of classes offered.

FIT Studios is terrific! The variety of workouts and small-class setting, together with the instructors' expertise, make for a safe, fun, and supportive environment. The memberships are flexible, and very reasonably priced! I'm become a fast fan of the Mobility Sticks class. If you're looking to mix up your functional strength training, give it a try. - Jan

The owner, Jen, is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about your fitness journey, always taking the time to go over the classes offered and how it could benefit you. Excellent facility. Jen who is the trainer is specific to your needs and flexible with your working schedule. Getting a membership is the best option so you can pick your classes around your schedule.

The upper body workout class was amazing. The instructor/ owner Jen was full of information and very attentive to everyone. If your a novice or experienced at working out there is something for everyone. It's like no other class I have ever attended.
