Fitness after 50 is a lifestyle. It’s not about super restrictive diets or the latest exercise craze. It’s about consistent training, common sense food choices and integrating fun activities into your daily life. Yes, it takes some work. But I am here to guide and encourage you, in the most convenient way possible - in your own home.
I am passionate about in home personal training and I specialize in helping middle-aged men and women as well as Seniors on their quest to become healthier, stronger and more fit. This is not a gym or boot camp. My personal training programs are one on one or partner in the privacy of your home.

It’s never too late to get a trainer and Jeannine is exactly who we needed. My husband and I are both in our 70’s and decided that we needed to get stronger and more fit and we didn’t want to risk doing it ourselves. We wanted to do it right! We’ve been working with Jeannine for about five months now and we already feel better and stronger! She started by meeting us and getting to know our goals and any limitations And each workout is designed for each of us individually and is modified based on what we achieve. As I get older, it was important to me to work on my strength, flexibility, and balance but didn’t know where to start. Working with Jeannine has been game changing for my health. I started working with Jeannine a year and a half ago, to get in better shape for an upcoming hiking trip. My intention was to purchase one block of sessions and then go back to my regular exercise routine, but 18 months later and I'm hooked!!
I had tried weight training in the past, but have never really had the guidance I needed to make sure I didn't hurt myself (so I often hurt myself!!), but working with Jeannine has allowed me to build considerable strength without injury -- something I'd never been able to do before.

Jeannine, It has been an amazing experience working with you on one-on-one online workout sessions. Jeannine is changing my life, one session at a time. After my parents died within a close window of time, I stopped doing much of anything. Hitting 40 compounded the problem and pretty soon I was basically a lump who breathed heavy walking up stairs. But one day, I had enough. I couldn’t even bend to tie shoes, everything hurt, so I did a google search and found Fit to the Core. Since starting 3 months ago, my physical fitness has improved by leaps and bounds. Jeannine mixes the workouts up, keeps it interesting and challenging, tailors them to the aches and pains of an older person, and is so encouraging even when I am on the floor groaning with exhaustion. I am deliberately posting my review before I check my numbers of pounds and inches lost. Because, in truth, it isn’t about the numbers! I started Jeannine’s online training program 6 weeks ago. The exercises have challenged me, but the system is flexible enough to adapt to my schedule. I can always find time for that day’s activities! The app even includes videos in case she has assigned an unfamiliar exercise. She changes the exercises as I improve and is very responsive to questions or concerns, while the small picture of her smiling face on the app keeps me motivated! I’m getting more toned and a bit slimmer, but the numbers are far less important than the improvement in my strength, agility, and, most importantly, my mental health. Hiring her was the best decision I have made in years!

Jeannine trained my husband for several years in a gym and he always raved about her. Finally I decided to hire her to come to our our home so that I could 'try' to train with her. I have some minor medical issues such as a lower back pain, arthritis in my neck and asthma. I was not excited since I am not athletic and basically do not enjoy working out. My 'try out session' turned into months of working with Jeannine. She adapted my program as needed, was always available through email, texting or phone calls. She always encouraged me, pushed me just enough but not too much and was proud of my success. Then Jeannine told me about her online fitness program and I became hooked! I now work out several times a week through her online training program and I am loving it! She writes the workout program and it is tailored to me personal needs. She will change it accordingly and is always open to feedback. I never thought that I would get this far! Since i have been working with Jeannine I’m eating better and i’m more physically fit. Before Jeannine I couldn’t make it five minutes into volleyball conditioning without being out of breath, now that i’m working with Jeannine i’ve been able to get through conditioning more easily as i work with her more. I was looking for trainer quite some time ago. I worked with a few trainers, but quickly became bored with the same repetitive workout, wasn't seeing the results I had hoped to achieve, and it was evident that training was just a job-some days better than others.

I have been a client of Jeannine's for over 7 years and am in my early 60s When I started with her I was barely able to keep up with a minimal cardio and weight program. Now I am much stronger and my endurance is way better. When I injured by shoulder the physical therapist pretty much had me doing the same things that Jeannine had me already doing so I ended the PT early.
