The gym itself was nice, however my review is based on an employee and a male manager there. I signed up May 2016 - May 2017. My last day there was February. On that last day, I asked if my membership auto-renewed, she said yes. I asked her to please change it so it would not auto renew because I wasn't sure if I'd be returning. I stood there for 5 min or more while she did "something" in the computer. She's said, ok, all set & it will NOT auto renew. I asked if I had to sign anything......no she said, your good to go. Assuming I was "good to go", I didn't look over my credit card statement w/a fine tooth comb and just noticed in July they have billed me an additional 3 months plus the annual fee. I called and the manager said I would have to come in & sign a paper or send a certified letter. He told me if I had actually looked at my statements we wouldn't be having this conversation right now and should've resolved it in May. Also told me if I disputed the charges, he would leave my account/contract open & "we'll still bill you". Accused me of using the gym for those 3 months, which I didn't. You can't even get by the counter with out them scanning your card so they know when I was there last. Apparently the employee needs more training, she should have informed me that I indeed needed to sign a cancellation letter. The manager needs to be professional & stop talking like a thug from the streets. I will never recommend this gym, ever, just based on how they treated me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I don't know who this crazy person is saying it's unsanitary and the machines are messed up or ripping but that person shouldn't be allowed to have the internet. Anyway I've been going little more then a month and it's great! Machines are either close to new or very well kept, plenty of free weights plenty of machines. Punching bags, they sell clothing and connected next door is a supplement shop so there's no need to run around getting ripped off by GNC. I've gone early and I've gone late and the most people I've seen at one time was maybe 6 people so your never waiting for anything. Definitely a great gym and would highly recommend of your tired of waiting to use weights/machines and there's 100 other people ahead of you.

I cannot convey how much I dislike this gym. I have a been a part of three gyms and this is the worst. unfortunately the lowest rating i can give is one star that NFF does not deserve. I joined because of the convenience of proximity to my home and it was the biggest mistake. The facility is small and unsanitary. The machines need to be maintained and the leather on them is ripping, duct tape is not helping. The worst part is Management. The owner is a lier and is obstructing the contract. We have to keep dealing with hidden fees. By all means, DO NOT join this gym. they keep charging us extra even though our contract is canceled. It is a trap. Others are upset that collection agencies are coming after us. DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM.
