5 stars from me!! I was on the can and had run fresh out of toilet paper. Called the front desk and some dude named Andrew picked up. I explained the predicament. I was his top priority and he threw a brand new toilet paper roll over the stall door for me. Who knows what would've happened to me if he hadn't been there.

This place hardly ever cleans the locker room. The locker rooms usually smell. The showers have black mold. The steam room has mold. The Whirlpool is constantly broken down or if they feel like taking it down to save money. This place is freaking gross

From my experience here, 5 out of every 10 workouts you will see shit on the floor in the men’s room. THAT’S 50% OF THE TIME??? That is FAR too often for me. This isn’t an Olive Garden bathroom, there are rules here, or at least, there should be. Management need to catch and prosecute these floor-shitters. Okay equipment selection with a lot of space.

Although they have all the equipment you could ask for, I have some concerns. The men’s locker room is stank. I can’t trace the odor to a specific area, and it is an overwhelming stench. Also, the gym is consistently hotter than the bottom of a Chuck E. Cheese ball-pit. An okay spot to workout with a solid community.

Small, family owned gym. The place is clean with good equipment. Staff is great. Day care is included with membership. I say "small" but it has everything you need and things other gyms don't like an indoor track, a hot tub, sauna, and steam room. They are also constantly updating equipment and investing in the gym.

There is a employee that works here than likes to park up front and usually parks over the line to deter people from parking next to him. One time I saw him taking up a spot and the handicap spot next to him. Told the management and they didn't care. Your employees should park in the back so customer may park up front.

Going to this gym for the last few months. I have nothing but great things to say. The staff is always so friendly, the equipment is always working, the gym is small enough to not feel intimidated but also big enough to not feel crowded. The childcare option is a life saver for myself, the staff that does the childcare is always so friendly, and trustworthy. My 3 year old asks me daily to go to the gym because he has such a good time when he goes!

They have an ample weight selection.
They have ample resistance machines.
They have ample cardio equipment (I never need to wait for a treadmill)
They have a smoothie bar and bottled beverages that are reasonably priced.

The restrooms are always clean.

I joined this gym about a week ago, and I’m seriously kicking myself for not having done so sooner. This family owned and operated gym has such a friendly and helpful staff. The equipment is clean, and there is plenty to do. The other members are courteous and friendly: The type of people who hold the door open for you, smile and say hello. The hours of operation and free lockers are very convenient, and the MTO protein smoothie bar is a great feature (Not to mention the drink cooler and healthy snack options)! The locker rooms have full-sized lockers, lots of mirrors, and showers as well as a sauna and a whirlpool. They also have massage therapists that come in! Sometimes I don’t even want to leave the gym! I will definitely be coming here for a long, long time.

Came in on a day pass. Clean fully equipped facility with stretch area in addition to class rooms for yoga and aerobics. As a veteran lifter I was pleased to see new and traditional equipment to accommodate every level of experience. Staff was outstanding. Amenities include steam room, hot tub and sauna. I joined and love it.

Love the gym but childcare is AWFUL, do NOT leave your kids there, they will be left to cry for an hour without you even knowing about it. And if you complain, the manager will tell you “your baby is a crier” and will suggest you got get a glass of wine to chill. No accountability. I loved going there before the pandemic and thought it would be a happy place for my child… I was so wrong, we will never go back there

This is a nice gym. Not for people who want to join a cheap gym and then give up a week later but more for those who workout because it is part of their lifestyle. They have all the equipment you can possibly need and lots of classes if you're into that. It gets busy during peak times but never as busy as the cheap, commercial gyms. People of all ages workout here and they have child care.

This is the gym you go to when you are serious about lifting/fitness, in general.
Yoga, cycling, pilates... tons of classes.
Dumbbells up to like over 200... seriously.
Machines you haven't seen since the 80s (in a good way!). Age range is generally college age to 70s. Very welcoming environment.

There are several reasons why I like it here. The childcare is available all day. While I wish it was longer than 90 minutes, I can’t complain-it’s included with membership which is the reason I joined. The flexibility of those hours are important. The ladies there are nice and the kids like it. Oh, and the tampons in the ladies bathroom are a nice touch.

Used to love this gym. I'm an active senior. They had great classes for those of us that want more than Silver Sneakers. Now all of a sudden they're adding a lot of classes for the less active senior and dropped one of the active senior classes. Many of us have complained but they ignore our request to add more of the active senior classes. The one class they do have is very crowded so I'm not the only one that enjoys that class. They only have two aerobic rooms and the one is very small. The large one is full of equipment, bikes, bars, mats, etc. That takes up some of the room. They really need another big aerobic room.

I love this gym, it has everything I need. Dumbbells well above 100 lbs, plenty of free weights and racks to use them. Plenty of space too, so you're not right on top of someone else trying to workout. Only negative for me is there weekend hours, but I at the same time you have to appreciate that they want their staff to have lives too.

So glad I found this place! When I was looking for my first gym in 7+ years I was really disappointed when visiting the larger corporate gyms I went to in high school. Fitness Plaza was everything those places lacked. The staff is super friendly and helpful. You rarely wait for a machine and you can always find a parking spot. The introductory session with a personal trainer was incredibly helpful and I was very pleased that he took my requests into consideration when building a program. Certainly worth paying a little more (over other gyms) to go here.

I *really* like this gym, but I won't lie... I have been quite frustrated with it at times. There have been many times where I've found that a piece of equipment is damaged or broken. Some of the pieces stay in a state of disrepair... Still usable, but broken nonetheless.
