I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist who still likes to get out and have fun. I work with men and women of all ages get back to the party looking fitter than they ever did! For over a decade I have been influencing others to live a happier, healthier lifestyle. I will hold you accountable, support your goals, hope motivate you, and be flexible when life doesn't go as planned. Whether you're training for a 5k, 10k, half marathon, a full marathon, a Spartan Race, an obstacle course, or just for life in general, I've got you covered. No goal is too big.

I decided to work with Jodie to get my habits back on track before the holidays. What a fantastic experience! She took a sensible approach to nutrition, endlessly encouraging and so helpful in pointing out ways to incorporate whole, nutritious food and healthy, delicious swaps for treats. Although I haven’t weighed myself, some pants I bought a couple months ago that I could barely squeeze into were comfortable when I put them on yesterday! Really enjoyed working with Jodie and encourage anyone on the fence to do so!

I’ve been working with Jodie for a little over a year, and she’s helped me lose 45 pounds through a mix of smart workouts and realistic nutrition coaching. She’s the kind of trainer who keeps you accountable but also understands when life gets messy.

This is my first time working out with a personal trainer. It has been 4 months. I am seeing amazing results, in my weight loss and inches lost. Jodi has motivated me into working out combined with a nutrition program. She is always available if I have a question. She is constantly changing my routine to challenge me. Jodi is very knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition, and she shares this knowledge. She also provides me with healthy alternatives to my favorite foods, to keep me on track. Since joining with Jodie, she has made the process of wanting and achieving a healthier lifestyle fun and easy. This was easily one of the best choices I have ever made. Not only is Jodie passionate about helping you, she's also very knowledgeable about putting fitness and nutrition together. Jodie also lives what she preaches, which for me is huge to see a coach practice what she preaches.
Jodie does a great job communicating with you. Every step along the way, Jodie is with you. She wants to know what's going on with your meals, your workouts. and whatever struggles you may have. She constantly follows up and makes recommendations to fit your personal plan for what you want to achieve. Jodie will explain everything to you and how it all works together. Jodie has made this process fun and has made me want to stick with it.

I have been a athlete all my life and never had a personal trainer. Two kids later a busy career and not prioritizing my health I found Jodi to help find me and my health. She is beyond a inspiration and does not just teach fitness but lives it. She knows when you need motivation and when she needs to check in. Jodie is a great personal trainer. She reaches out daily to check in. She’s always offering great advice when asked. I’m new to doing workouts(weight lifting ). I am a Mom of three very young kids who thought she was doing enough activity and eating ok, but after working with Jodi virtually for just six weeks the difference I have noticed is so much more than I could have accomplished on my own! I am not sure what my favorite part is, but I really appreciate the nutrition help she has provided me. I needed a kickstart to having meals again and not just snacking. I basically refuse to calorie count, so the app she uses is so much easier and she can comment on each meal or snack input to provide great feedback. She is super responsive and checks in every day. I’ve been training with Jodie for a little over a month. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes the workouts fun! She is always willing to do research when I ask about different things I’ve seen online. She’s also does a great job at checking in to make sure the program is still working for me and makes adjustments as needed. In a short period of time I’ve not only learned a lot, but actually lost weight. Working out and knowing where to start can be hard but with Jodie’s help it has been successful!

Jodie has been so wonderful to work with over the past month. From day one she makes you feel welcomed and comfortable with wherever you are on your fitness and health journey. Using the kickoff app with jodie has been remarkable. This is a way of having an angel on my shoulder (instead of the devil that’s usually there). She’s consistently available all day as needed to give me instruction on workouts and recommendations on food choices to improve them. I had no idea how wrong I was doing everything! It’s obvious now that I think back to it because I was constantly failing at dieting and exercising. I love jodie! She’s the perfect trainer with a mix of tough and sweet. I can tell she truly cares about me and wants me to feel better. I’m not just a number to her. I’m a friend as well as a client! 10/10 highly recommend!

I have been working with Jodie for a little over a month now and she has been amazing! She has helped me change my mindset into starting a healthy lifestyle change rather than a diet. Her daily accountability is what has really kept me going. I have used fitness trainers in the past and no one has held me accountable the way that Jodie does. I am in my 3rd week with Jodie coaching me and I am definitely feeling better physically and mentally too. The workouts are not too hard and not too easy.
