Kailey at Flow Ariel Arts has been absolutely incredible. She has been coaching my three daughters — two of whom are autistic — and the level of thoughtfulness, patience, and genuine care she brings to every session is extraordinary. She meets each of them exactly where they are, adapting her approach with such intuition and kindness that they feel understood, supported, and truly excited to learn.

Under Kailey’s guidance, our daughters have not only grown in skill, but in confidence and joy. It’s been amazing to watch them thrive, find their own strengths, and feel proud of what they can accomplish. We had the BEST time at Flow Aerial Arts for our daughter’s birthday! Kirstie and her staff were absolutely wonderful. Not only did they plan really fun and engaging activities for our “glow party” - they also took care of every detail as soon as we walked in the door - from helping to unload our car, setting up gift and party tables, and more (even down to making sure all the kids got a pump of hand sanitizer before eating - which was so appreciated!) It was so nice to be able to have the time to chat with the party guests and their parents because the Flow staff took care of everything. And the kids had a BLAST! We couldn’t have been more pleased with how our party went. Thank you Flow Aerial Arts!!!

I’m a big-time newbie — like, can’t-even-touch-my-toes level of beginner — and I was honestly nervous walking into Flow Aerial Arts for my trial class. But the instructor was so kind, patient, and incredibly accommodating. She made me feel totally welcomed and never out of place, even when I was struggling through the basics. The energy in the space was supportive and fun, and it really took the pressure off.
Even though I’m starting from zero flexibility, I left feeling proud and so motivated to keep going. My trial class definitely has me excited to catch up to speed and see how far I can go with it! Highly recommend Flow Aerial Arts to anyone who’s curious but intimidated to try — it’s the perfect place to start. 💪✨

My daughter started classes at Flow Aerial Arts this past September and she absolutely loves it! The classes are well-structured, include a variety of apparatuses and the instructors focus on technique and safety. There's no place like it!

We are so glad to have our daughter part of this gym. The facility is impeccably clean. The coaches are incredibly attentive and each child gets one on one guidance as much as possible in group classes. In this gym there is discipline, skill building, compassion, fun & friendship. An absolute hidden gem. Our daughter looks forward to class all week long. It is truly impressive how quickly her skills have improved in the short 1 & 1/2 years that she has been a part of the gymnastics & aerial arts class at Flow!

My daughter had her Birthday Party at the studio, and it was such a fun experience for her and her friends! The studio has such a great vibe and provided balloons and a photo backdrop, so the only decor we had to bring were tablecloths and her themed cake/paper products. The staff helped with setup, serving the party treats, and cleanup. Of all the kid parties we’ve had over the years, this one was the most relaxed and easiest for us as parents! My daughter felt so special, and she hopes to return for classes soon. Thanks, Flow Aerial Arts! We’re glad to have you in our community!
