Brenner is great and exactly what we were looking for to help with strength and conditioning for our 13 year old athlete Olivia. He's knowledgeable and makes the workouts fun while still pushing her to get better. He knows exactly what she needs to help her reach her goals. I can't wait to see how this helps her improve in her sport. She already looks stronger and it's only been a few weeks. We will eventually work our son Adam (PHS Freshman football) into the workouts once he gets used to his new schedule. I highly recommend him enough.

Brandon has provided speed and agility training to my son’s soccer team. Well, that’s what he thinks. What he *actually* provides is an amazing demonstration of the value of effort and an ironclad insistence on a positive outlook. These are important life skills that can be experienced by kids at any fitness level. His ability to do all that in a way kids have fun is nothing short of exceptional.

Well designed, thoughtful and effective workouts in a very supportive environment. Joining Fuel House (FH) has been one of the best decisions I've made in caring for my physical and mental health. Coach Hughes, other staff and the FH members continually help me work toward my goals, and (safely) push me to achieve even more than I think I'm capable of. Fuel House's expansion of innovative programming during 2020 and into 2021 truly evidences their commitment to their members.

If your looking for a great workout with coaching this is the place! I came here 2 years ago with the goal to be stronger and be more fit and I lost 30lbs, fuel house also provides you with the tools and motivation to do so along with the nutrition program, Brandon makes you feel comfortable and will work with you personally on your goals and form. Best gym I’ve ever been too.

Fuel house has been a game changer for me! For years I struggled finding a gym that worked for me...I have been consistently going to Fuel House for three years now and there are many noticeable changes in my body! My favorite part about it is the mix of weights, cardio, and athletic based movements; every class is different. There's always high energy from coach and a family atmosphere!

I would give Fuel House a lot more than 5 stars if i could !! The workouts can get challenging, but they’re fun when you have a trainer like Brandon! At Fuel House not only are the trainers amazing, but the members are too! They made me feel so welcomed when i started ! Brandon genuinely cares about his members ! I’ve been a member of Fuel House for a little over 2 years and I have no bad things to say. I’ve tried other gyms in the past and they are nothing compared to here. The trainers and workouts are amazing. The workouts are different everyday and Brandon keeps you on track if you start to fall off. I would highly recommend Fuel House to anyone.

Nothing but good things to say about Fuel House. They have the BEST trainers in the area. As a former athlete, the variety of the workouts keep me focused and engaged. The workouts are also challenging but can be modified for any person. Fuel House offers so much more such as nutrition coaching, personal training, sports training, and one-on-one goals meetings. Even the members are awesome - they are very supportive and encouraging. In past few months, I have gotten better results than one year of personal training at another local big gym. Don’t wait....join!

Fuel House has changed my life in more ways than one. The whole team from the coaches (Brandon, Michelle and Aaron) and Phyllis the nutritionist are a continual source of encouragement to help achieve my goals. I have totally changed the way I eat and now go to the gym at least 5 days a week now. The workouts are different every day and they are constantly keep us on our feet. Awesome class and a friendly environment. I came here after being the heaviest i have ever been and i needed to change that. Brandon, Phyllis and the other trainers have motivated me and i have lost over 20lbs in less than 3 months! The classes are always changing which keeps things from becoming boring and the energy is off the charts. I was not able to complete the entire class when i first started and i have my days where i need to take a break still but they always push me to do my best and the toughness of the classes evolves as you do. If you pair the classes with the nutrition from Phyllis you get an awesome combination that really shows results in a healthy way. There is no magic pill only hard work and determination.

Brandon and the other coaches are simply amazing! The entire gym is amazing. From Day one I felt like part of a family. Everyone is so nice and motivating. Amazing workouts everyday! The coach, Brandon, always has a ton of energy and motivates you through every workout. Fuel house combines weight lifting and athletic conditioning to not only help you gain muscle and lose fat but help condition your body to live a healthier lifestyle.
