After joining for my first month, I can definitely feel and see the difference. I like the semi-private sessions, and working with both Chris and Elaine have been very helpful. They are always watching and correcting the slightest movements, which is where you notice the biggest improvement. I like the accountability to the trainers, and the atmosphere is very encouraging and motivational. Cody also gives one on one access to guide you with your nutrition journey alongside the strength training. My health is one of my top priorities, and this is a great way to achieve that guidance and support! Highly recommend!

I had a 90min massage session with Becca and it was excellent. She took the time to sit down with me and go through what areas I felt needed focus and what I was hoping to achieve. I requested a deep tissue sport focused session and Becca absolutely delivered with a good balance of full muscle and targeted point work. Her level of pressure was dynamic and it was clear she is extremely knowledgeable. I felt comfortable the entire time and absolutely recommend working with her.

Chris and Cody helped me with my weight troubles and fitness. They are both professionals, always smiling, making hard goals looking easy and fun. Cody set up a diet for me, which became my new way of life. He gave me precious advices that changed my outlook on food. I have been a client of Full Circle Function and Fitness for aproximately seven months. In that time my personal fitness level has improved markedly. At the beginning of this fitness journey I could barely climb a flight of stairs without discomfort and breathing heavily, all due to arthritic knee pain as well as carrying a lot of extra body weight. I am thrilled to now say seven months later I have seen significant improvements in my strength, endurance, fitness. And my overall health has transcended into a level I truly never thought I could possibly regain at age 62. I lost the weight I worked toward, and built muscle strength which in turn has reduced the strain on my joints, reducing my arthritic pain. And the absolute best outcome so far, my total cholesterol is now 150, from 212. I was ECSTATIC to see those numbers!

Prior to joining Full Circle Function and Fitness, I checked out ten various gyms, and strength training facilities/programs, throughout the Pittsburgh and surrounding regions. As a retiree, I wanted to get the most out of my financial investment. That included having educated personal trainers that would understand that I was a novice at lifting weights. Here at Full Circle Function and Fitness the trainers patiently explained and demonstrated various exercises and lifting techniques, always motivating me to exceed my limits, while consistently ensuring my safety. One of my big concerns about the ten gyms I looked into was hygiene. I can assure you, at Full Circle Function and Fitness it is spotless! The crew ensures the equipment and bathrooms are always clean. You can tell they take pride in their facility.
I can say, without hesitation joining Full Circle Function and Fitness as a 62yo female retiree has been a game changer for me. Seven months in and I’ve never felt better or more supported in my fitness journey! So check them out, I guarantee you won’t need to look any further!

Where do I begin? I signed up for 3 times a week and the first 5 wks went by fast. By the end of the first week I could already feel an improvement, by the end of the second week I had dropped 8 lbs, by the 4th week I was down another lb, my flexibility & stability had improved and the couple days I didn't feel like going I am glad I did. Elaine and Chris are great trainers and they are very attentive to each persons unique differences. Cody’s introduction, occasional check in and 4 wk review have been great. I’m thankful for Cody introducing me to the LMNT hydration drink, its my new daily/weekly hydration drink. I just renewed for another 4 weeks and look forward to continued improvement. If you want to change your life, get back into a workout routine, recover from an injury, or just looking for motivation this is the place!

I started going to full circle fitness for the lifting part of it at the beginning of summer. Over the summer I went from breaking my back on a deadlift to being able to lift 200 on deadlift. I would suggest this gym to young athletes or people in general just wanting to get stronger. The staff is also nice and gives you good advice when lifting.

My husband and I both love coming to Full Circle Function and Fitness! We are at very different levels of strength and experience, so finding a trainer(s) that could work with both of us was awesome! Cody, Elaine, and Chris have not only helped my husband’s year+ shoulder pain go away, they also reignited his determination to get and stay fit. I am so thankful to have found Full Circle Function & Fitness and cannot say enough good things about the team there. As a pediatric cancer survivor, now in my mid-30’s, with bilateral hip replacements and limited range of motion due to joint issues in my ankles and shoulders, with no previous strength training experience, I was nervous and intimidated to begin a new workout routine. After my consult with Cody, I immediately felt confident and comfortable as he reassured me that I was not a lost cause and would make steady and significant progress with the right guidance. I have been training with Elaine since January and am so ecstatic about how I feel! I am more confident and energized, have seen changes in my body, my chronic pain has improved, and I am the strongest I have ever been. I can’t recommend Full Circle Function & Fitness enough. I had been struggling to find a strength training routine that worked for me -- since joining in Sept 2023 I have never been stronger and really look forward to the workouts each week. Cody, Elaine, and Chris are fantastic trainers and really listen to their clients. I have rheumatoid arthritis and asthma so sometimes I need modifications which they are ready to provide and are always very supportive. I really appreciate how much they focus on proper form, how they provide cues for the movements, and how they motivate their clients throughout the session!

I began my journey at Full Circle in Oct 2023. I enrolled in the 6 week challenge that consisted of proposed eating plan, and working out minimally twice a week with Cody and/or Chris. The eating plan was not a diet, but consisted of lifestyle changes to help achieve a goal of having more energy and feeling better functionally day to day. To my surprise I lost about 9lbs total during the challenge and have been able to maintain feeling good by continuing consistency with my workouts and lifestyle alterations. Cody, Chris, and Elaine have also helped me with discomfort in my hip and mid back. They have helped me strengthen the muscles to support my posture and by doing so have significantly decreased the pain and numbness I felt on a daily basis to forgetting it even existed. The small class sizes allow them to pay attention to each persons needs to ensure you are lift appropriately. Additionally, there is a massage therapist onsite who is absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend making a consultation to see how they can help you achieve your functional goals.

I highly recommend Structural Body Work with Becca. Her skill and knowledge of anatomy made this a very worthwhile investment. I am a 67 year old woman and I believe that regular massage with Becca has contributed to allowing me to continue a very active lifestyle. This program was another testament to her knowledge and skill, as well as her pursuing advanced education, and keeping current in her field.
During our first session Becca took the time to explain in detail how the sessions would proceed. We discussed my skeletal structure and how the massage would progress through each future session. She was willing to answer all my questions and listened carefully to my concerns. After the first session, I noticed that my body felt more open inside and some quirky joints were feeling much better. I continued to practice the brief exercises that Becca suggested for a few minutes a day and I was still feeling great when I went back for the next session. As the sessions progressed, I stood more evenly on my feet; my balance improved; my shoulders slumped less; and my overall posture improved. I am particularly aware of the impact these sessions have had when I practice yoga or workout at the gym - my body can move deeper into postures. My muscular-skeletal system feels better from head to toe!

Over a year ago, I began scheduling monthly 90 minute massage sessions with Becca Cutright. The pain and tightness in my muscles is greatly reduced, I am sleeping better, and my body quickly recovers after weight training. Becca is a skilled massage therapist. Her expertise, knowledge, concern, and light-hearted nature will keep me coming back.
Coming and going from massage, I could not help but notice the positive, high energy atmosphere of the gym. So, I decided to try weight training.
As a 66 year old woman, I am aware of the benefits of weight training but I also have a fear of getting hurt. Chris Reeves’ attention to correct form and my current level of fitness and ability has helped me to face my fear. After three months working with Chris, I am feeling stronger, my joint pain is lessened, I have more energy, and my posture has improved. Chris pushes me to do more in a manner that makes me feel motivated but comfortable. Weight training has helped me to enjoy other activities like walking, biking, and yoga even more.

Strength training with a personal trainer has been a game-changer for me. The one-on-one attention and guidance from my trainer, Chris, has helped me push myself harder and achieve results I never thought possible. The size of the gym is just right - not too big to feel overwhelming, but not too small that I feel limited in my options.
The personal interactions with Chris has been crucial in keeping me motivated and accountable. He is always there to provide guidance and encourage me to do my best. I called this establishment after being referred to them by a highly seasoned and skilled physical therapist. I am middle age, recovering from an odd and sensitive injury. I was highly skeptical of getting stronger without setbacks and pain in a training environment. Cody got me in the door, because I could feel he knew where I was coming from. I am a few weeks into working with Chris, and I am feeling the strongest I have felt in years...already. Becca, with Full Circle Function and Fitness, has been my massage therapist for over a year now. When I was first introduced to Becca, we had an initial consultation, and I was able to communicate to her the areas that I felt needed the most attention. She actually took notes and made recommendations of things that I can do at home to help control my pain level in between sessions! She made me feel very comfortable within 5 minutes of talking to her. Becca is very professional, and it was very obvious to me that she really cares about her client’s needs. She is extremely competent and knowledgeable about the human body. She listens to your needs and modifies each individual session based on the issues you are experiencing that day. The environment is very clean and relaxing, and she plays awesome relaxing music!
(Not just calming sounds of water running and jungle noises like a lot of other therapists!) If you prefer a lot of pressure like me, you won’t be disappointed either. Becca is deceivingly strong!! It is simple…Chris Reeves is a transformation artist!! I have personally trained with him for the last six years and I am the strongest and healthiest that I have ever been and I am almost 60!! It is a two way street…if you put in the work…you will be happy with the results. He pushes me every time and his strict attention to form is key!! He continues to create programs that are specific to me and concentrate on areas that I need to improve upon. Honestly I don’t always like him but when I do what he says I get stronger period. I have had my share of health issues but he has always worked through them with me to where I am stronger on the other side! I could not be more thankful for where I am right now in my fitness journey! Just today I deadlifted 175 for four sets of three…felt so good!! I am addicted to lifting and I absolutely love it!! The gym is excellent. Lots of room with plenty of high-end equipment. Aesthetically it has lots of natural light and it’s clean!
The best part of the experience is the trainers. I have worked with Cody and Jasmin. They are not drill sergeants or cheerleaders. They are knowledgeable pros who focus on teaching you how to do the exercises correctly and safely. I learned more in 4 weeks here, than I did watching countess YouTube videos.
They offer private and group coaching options. I went with the group option which is me and 1 or 2 other clients. I still received plenty of personal coaching and instruction.

I reached out to Becca in August to schedule a massage. She was quick to respond and able to get me in within 2 weeks. My first visit was so great that I scheduled for the following month, and I've returned once a month since. Becca is friendly and welcoming. She encourages feedback on all aspects of the massage, from environmental factors to pressure of massage. It is a great experience every time. An hour doesn't feel long enough! I have met the owner, Cody, on one or two occasions and he is also personable, making sure to acknowledge anyone who enters the facility and offering drinks or snacks while waiting. The location is very convenient for me. I always feel welcome, and pricing is reasonable. Can't wait to return next month!

As a D1 collegiate athlete (from many years ago), I’m super picky about who I train with as a general rule, so I am thrilled to share that Cody is TOP NOTCH.
I had been out of commission from a frozen shoulder all last year and was hesitant to begin again because range of motion was still poor and I felt SO so out of shape in every capacity. My whole body hurt all the time from so much online time and I was worried that I’d never feel strong again.
I started 2x/week 3 months ago and have FULL range back, feel 1000% better and just upped training to 3x/week. My body no longer hurts and I feel like I’ve reverse aged a decade!
Cody is excellent at zeroing in on the specific form and muscles to focus on in every exercise. He’s high energy and super attentive to details across the board, from nutrition, to functional fitness and how it carry’s over to balanced living and a much higher quality of life.
I’m so excited that this gets to be a part of my weekly routine and know that it is one of the most important investments I can make in my current and future health.
“Lift heavy things until they aren’t heavy anymore” hangs on the wall. It allows me to walk through life and business with the attitude of “do hard things until they aren’t hard any more”. It’s so important to me that I’m always playing outside my comfort zone- that’s where growth is. To discover that Cody & his fabulous training is right down the street was like striking gold! (Although I’d absolutely make an hour drive if I needed to!)
Also, Becca is a phenomenal massage therapist. I make sure to see her monthly for 2 hours and she really has helped my body release a lot of old stress that I no longer need to carry.

I booked Cody pretty last minute. He responded to me very quickly and was able to squeeze me in. His deep tissue massage was thorough and it helped to relief my back pain. I really felt much better after the session. I highly recommend this service. Also I will be seeing Cody for personal training during my stay to work on improving my lower back and core stability & endurance.

If you’re looking for deep tissue work - think trigger point, myofascial release, sports massage - or pain management, or injury recovery, Cody’s your go to! His massage is thorough, he knows his anatomy, and he has a background in corrective exercise. Not only does he have the training to help you figure out why you may be having pain, he has a good sense of touch and can zero in on problem areas just by feeling the muscle. Knowledge + intuition or felt sense makes for a great massage!
I have also started seeing Cody for personal training. I’m quite flexible and I need some weight training to help build stability. Cody is very encouraging, even though I gotta use those small weights (haha) at least to start… I’m consistently building on that! His instruction is straight forward and he’s good at catching misalignment and then helping to fix my form while lifting.
