Fusion Gym is hands down one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. The place is always spotless and super organized — you can tell they really take pride in keeping it clean and well-maintained. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and make you feel welcome the moment you walk in. I really appreciate how many squat racks and bench presses they have — it feels great to never have to wait for one, no matter how busy it gets. I had issues with personal training program from outside company at Fusion. The manager Jon and a different personal trainer Sean, took care of the issue for me. They really cared about helping me out. They made sure to help refund any lost money and did everything possible to help me. Fusion in general is great!

From someone who has been a member to every gym in the area, this is the gym where you have people who want to be here. People who respect the equipment and staff ,the $ is nothing compared to the other local gyms which are smaller, with less equipment and they let you cancel whenever you want with a simple email. This gym was awesome, one of the best I’ve ever been to. Extremely clean, multiples of every machine. Multiple machine variations with cables & free weights. Plenty of weights. All the equipment was working. Tons of cardio. Locker room and shower facilities were spotless. Showers have traditional, wall, & rainfall shower heads. Music was great too. And front desk associate was a great face for the brand. He was nice and helpful. Will definitely be coming back to this gym!

Good gym, completely ruined by its insistence on blasting bass-heavy music. The one thing nearly everyone who goes to a gym has in common; we all wear headphones, IEMs, etc. To that end, there's no need for a gym to play music at all. However, Fusion thinks it's a club and plays the music so obnoxiously loud that you're forced to listen to their music. It doesn't matter what you wear. I wore my Airpods Pro 2s and my Pixel Buds Pro 2. Neither could keep the gym's music out. I even went out an purchased Sennheiser Momentum 4 over-ear headphones. It didn't help. I pointed out to the staff that blasting music in a place where THEIR customers were trying to listen to their own music was somewhat crazy. They didn't care. The owners of Fusion insist you be subjected to their awful taste in music. Canceled my membership and moving on.

Cardio equipment needs serious attention. They have lots of cardio equipment however, most of it is either broken or close to it. Also, the dumbbells are losing their weight description. That combined with the fact that they’re never in the right place, makes it really difficult to get the right pair that you need. I joined this gym because it has 40 squat racks, and they don't have contracts. You're never waiting for equipment even during busy hours, and there's an outdoor section for when the weather's nice. I've been a member for about 6 months and love it.

Overall, this place is a pretty good gym. That being said, the cardio equipment needs some serious attention. There’s maybe 10-12 treadmills and only 3-4 of them work. Same with the elliptical machines. I’ve been a member for 4 months now and there has been zero attention to them. It makes it really difficult to get cardio in when it’s busy. The place looks great for photo shoots however, really needs some TLC on the equipment and cleanliness.

I went here for the fusion restaurant, and the gym staff happily escorted me there instead of showing me out to go find the restaurant's impossible-to-see outside entrance. Unnecessary open houses terrorizing the gym even further. It’s a complete mess every time it happens. You won’t even find parking and it’s happening every Friday now before it was holidays.

Money laundering possibly in full effect. Water fountains still taste like fish tanks and the construction that is occurring on the turf has been going on longer than 2 months.

And the music is terrible and too loud. And fusion fresh still robbing GEN Z POCKETS

What’s often too good to be true usually is. After coming to the gym on a weekly basis for months they seem to have stopped caring about maintenance. Fusion fresh is promised to be open late but often is closed and the food isn’t as fresh as advertised. Water fountain is always out of service and it’s odd enough that we are paying close to $70 a month and there is only two water fountains supporting the whole gym. Is this truly a luxury gym or is a front for money laundering because it came to Fairless hills as a whole lotta hype that has not fully delivered as a better gym than Crunch who is next door and 50-60% less in monthly price. Let me mention that in the Men’s locker room there is one small thin bench next to lockers accompanied by a tiny sauna that’s usually out of service as well with 20-30 men stuffed inside all reeking from body odor. No 🧢

OG Opening Day Review:

For the price point this facility (not saying gym on purpose) delivers everything you could want as a fitness enthusiast. They have boxing rings, outdoor gym, indoor basketball, barber, sauna, etc. When I visited it was also very clean. I was a little worried because it’s a big facility and would require special attention to being neat & sanitary. You’ll never have to wait to squat here. They got endless power racks with wooden platforms. They got endless bench presses. The interior lighting and design of the main gym floor is intuitive and logical. Only cons I noticed so far was a lack of resistant bands. They have foam rollers and mats but I also expected bands. The treadmills seem basic for how upscale everything else is.

I love Fusion Gyms, it’s literally the best gym in PA hands down. But… my main concern is that, the Fusion Gym at Fairless Hills, there are like 30 treadmills. But only 6 operate properly. It’s very frustrating to see all those treadmills but only 6 function correctly. I always start off on the treadmill, as a warmup, than hit the weights. But I couldn’t get on the treadmill because there’s only 6 working out of the 30. Please fix this problem!!

Good gym! The atmosphere is great and I think that’s why most people like it including me. The quality is a little iffy, equipment will break and be out for quite awhile, but the amount of equipment makes up for it. When I first got a membership they said that sauna is coming soon and they didn’t get it running for over a year after I got a membership, and still the sauna doesn’t get very hot. But it’s a trade off, really can not compete with atmoshphere this gym creates. Feel like a millionaire who loves getting pumps when I work out here. Has its issues but overall love this gym!

Absurd value, absolutely massive weightlifting cavern with tons of equipment that is clean and well maintained. Staff are attentive and proactive. Broken equipment is quickly fixed. Facilities are kept showroom clean at all times. Culture and vibes are good, more of an 'influencer wannabe bikini competition winner' vibe than sam sulek slamming plates at the YMCA.

The bad:

The aesthetics are a...choice. Imagine if Andrew Tate had an NFT and that NFT was also a gym, it would be this gym. Lots of people with camera gear recording their workouts. The facilities/programming leaves a lot on the table, for example, no HIIT zones, a nice restaurant on-site but no grab and go breakfast burritos, no supplement store, limited supply of bottled pre-workouts and shakes.

I love working out here!!! The atmosphere is like nothing else and the Staff is always friendly. Thank you to the front desk and Usman for giving me a tour. The food is also a 9/10 and Taji was really helpful in giving suggestions on what to order.
