So far so good I abandoned gym life during the pandemic and turned to peloton which I absolutely love and still use but I needed some different motivation these days and I’m finding small group focused training, beneficial. I like the gym and the trainers and I appreciate the guidance that ensures I’m Using the correct technique which I can totally see in areas like my knees that I’ve been struggling with over the last few years.

I have been training @G-strength with Wylie for over 2 months now, navigating existing shoulder and elbow injuries. Wylie is not only a competent trainer, but also a compassionate, caring, authentic human being with a great sense of humor…oh and did I mention the best fur daddy on the planet.
He always incorporates new pre-meditated techniques to challenge and strengthen my body without injury or aggravating existing ones, thus it’s never boring.
I look forward to working with him to achieve my goals to be strong, fit and injury free in this 69 year old body.

I found out about G strength walking my dog at the dog park. A friend mentioned he was training with Wylie and said I should check it out so I did. When we met, I said to him “I’m 64 years old. I wanna ride into my later years feeling strong. Is it too late for me?”
….One year later…I’m definitely physically stronger and there is a new confidence that I feel. Really surprised how they zeroed in on where I was weak and have tweaked the program to strengthen those areas .. couldn’t recommend enough!

I've been working out with Wylie for the past 2+ years and gladly followed him over to G Strength. He's very in tune with his clients' needs, and helped create super customized exercises to help alleviate my back and hip pain. A combination of strength training and stretching had helped me have a lot more pain free days, and I'm feeling the best I've felt in 5 years!!

I've been working with Wylie for several years. I am a Brazilian jiu jitsu practitioner, and played rugby for most of my life. I had shoulder surgery, but I continue to re-injure it. Wylie has been helping me build strength and resiliency so that I can practice my sport without fear. He has been instrumental in keeping me on the mat, and I haven't had to take time off thanks to the work we do to keep my shoulder healthy.
Additionally, he has helped me improve my strength in other places! Cannot recommend him highly enough.

I've worked with Wylie for 18 months and could not be more impressed. I've been active all my life (soccer, tennis, cycling, snowboarding, marathons, weightlifting, etc.), but having a professional with his knowledge base, attention to detail, and upbeat demeanor guide me has been a blessing.
My former nagging injuries have subsided, and I am considerably stronger all around with his tutelage, which has kept me injury-free in the gym and on the slopes and trails.
