Game Changing Strength & Performance provides competitive athletes, as well as working professionals with a high quality strength and conditioning experience. This experience allows our clients to perform at their best in competition as well as in their daily lives.
We serve our athletes through both individual and semi-private training, with an individualized approach for each athlete.
In addition, our adults work privately in a 1 on 1 setting, as well as online, for those who may not need a personal trainer with them, but could still benefit from structure, support and accountability that a quality coach can provide.

I have 3 kids currently working with Chris. They are involved with track, cheerleading, lacrosse, field hockey, and baseball. They have all gained strength and speed. My daughters have been able to learn more advanced gymnastics skills due to their increased strength. I highly recommend.

Excellent Training and they take a real interest in their clients. My son trained with Chris through HS and in preparation for college basketball . No Question he’s very good at what he does. It was always a positive experience and the results were real. He 100% helped him achieve his Athletic goals and beyond. Plus he would check in and make sure the kids were doing alright even after they went to college or while in season. Great place for multiple reasons. I have since started my daughter there to get her ready for HS and she loves it!

My son has been training with Chris over the past 2 years. In this time Chris has done a tremendous job developing both his upper and lower body. I’ve been coaching basketball for over 30years and during that time I’ve seen lots of strength and conditioning coaches. Chris is by far one of the best I’ve been connected to. I worked with Chris for about 6 months prior to starting my freshman year at La Salle University as a member of the men’s basketball team. In the short amount of time I worked with him, I noticed major improvements in my strength, speed, agility and conditioning. He challenged me and also made training much more enjoyable by creating a fun environment. I was much more prepared for the jump from high school to college because of his help. Chris is extremely knowledgeable and a good resource for anyone looking to better themselves and better prepare for their sport(s).

My name is Andre “Sleepy” Williams and I am pursuing a career as a pro football player. My agent got me in contact with Chris sometime mid January and it’s been up from there. Chris is very down to earth and easy to work with. He helped me with my pro day testing. His approach is one that was catered to me and my specific needs. Even when I got injured he was able to adjust the workout so that I could still strengthen muscles necessary to continuously boost my athletic performance. The facility where he holds his trainings fosters a comfortable environment for all his athletes. Chris along with all the others working in the facility make it easy to build connections and relationships with other trainers and athletes. Since working with Chris I’ve dropped my body fat percentage significantly and built a much leaner and more athletic physique. I also performed extremely well on my pro day. All in all I’d recommend any and every athlete to work with Chris just because of how personable he is. He is organized and always prepared for every session we’ve had.

I’ve been going to Chris for about a year now and one thing I can say straight about him is that he’s a standup really respectful guys who knows what he’s talking about, he loves training his clients and really takes pride in their improvements, when I first came to him I couldn’t jump off one leg at all, now I’m able to easily dunk jumping off one foot and even all of my numbers all around have improved sinced coming to him, best strength and conditioning trainer in the Philadelphia area FORSURE!

My son has been involved with Chris’ program for some time now and he loves it! He tells me he really enjoys the constant variation that each session involves. He actually looks forward to his training days. I will say I have definitely noticed a marked improvement in my sons agility and quickness. I am big on communication when my child is involved with something and Chris does not disappoint in that area. Communication is excellent, Chris will give you a breakdown of everything going on with your child’s training. He will not just respond with a “going through the motions” type response, he is very detailed in what he tells you. Chris has been training my son Daniel for about 6 months now, and it is amazing to see how much he has improved. Coming to Chris has definitely has changed my game. I came here 2 1/2 years ago looking for become more athletic and more durable and I left with great results. He helped my attack any injury I had which in my case was severe knee pain and shin splints. Chris started working with me when I was 15 and still works with me as I’m about to be a freshman in college. He cares about all his athletes needs and that looks different for every person. My name is Dorian Dumas and I am a graduating senior from Harriton High School in Bryn Mawr, PA. I will be attending Penn State University next year, where I plan on pursuing a career in athletic training. As part of my senior project, I shadowed Chris at Next Level PT for the month of May. From the first, to the very last day I came in as part of the project, Chris was honest, welcoming, organized, knowledgeable, professional and just an all around great, standup guy. In my time working with strength and conditioning coaches, both as a coach and player, I have to say that Chris is by far one of the more thorough and detailed ones. He breaks down how each small movement builds into your complete athletic picture having you understand why your doing what your doing and the benefits associated with it. With all the knowledge he possesses I am still amazed that he remains hungry to learn more in a effort to push his athletes to their maximum potential. In Chris's first year working with my 17u AAU basketball team this past Spring and Summer, Philly Pride UAA, he was extremely instrumental in helping 8 of the 9 kids on my roster receive Division I scholarship offers.
