From the very first session, he demonstrated a high level of professionalism, expertise, and genuine enthusiasm for helping me achieve my fitness goals. Gordon’s personalized approach made all the difference—he took the time to understand my specific needs, limitations, and aspirations, then crafted a tailored workout plan that was challenging yet achievable.

We regularly check in on where my progress stands, and he has a great ability to identify when I’m hitting a plateau or not achieving the goals I’ve set for myself - he keeps me accountable, which at the end of the day, is what I think anyone who exercises needs. Gordon helps me refocus and adjust my routine so I can stay on track. His guidance and encouragement keep me motivated, especially during challenges.

Gordon’s commitment to safety is exceptional. I always feel very secure having him spot me, as he recognizes when my body is starting to give out during certain exercises. Gordon has helped me to improve HOW I exercise. He helps to make sure I am positioned correctly, and that I’m using my muscles in the most effective way that they can be used for every set.

Beyond his technical skills, Gordon is incredibly personable and supportive. He creates a motivating and positive environment that makes every session enjoyable, even during the toughest workouts. His personable nature and genuine interest in my progress made me look forward to each visit, turning fitness into a truly rewarding experience.

I asked if he could give me a quote over the phone. He was very open and honest, making sure to not waste my time.
