Can’t say enough about how positive our experience has been here! My 8 year old daughter was the first to join. She has so much fun making new friends here, and it is such a joy to watch her get stronger and more coordinated as she progresses through the belt levels. A few months later, I joined too! The adult class is truly welcoming and a great workout. The staff are inclusive and supportive. Grandmaster has great stories, and I appreciate his feedback and wisdom greatly. My daughter loves that it’s something we do together. Once a month, the studio runs a parent’s night out that a lot of us take advantage of. The kids all love it. Bonus: The studio is sandwiched between a really good Chinese restaurant and Italian bakery!

My son goes there it's a great place to go the owners are great. It's a great place that teaches discipline self-esteem Fitness and coordination for young kids. Their classes for younger kids are especially exceptional.

Grandmaster Ken, Sensei Donna, Sensei Chris, and Sensei Jared are great with kids. Prices are reasonable too. Very glad we signed our son up for their program.
