I started at GFC about 4 months back in January. I pair the work I do with Jerry along with dance and other fitness modalities.

I must say the results I feel after each session with Jerry is as immediate as the next day and it is functional so it's careful on my joints since I have shoulder and right knee joint issues.

I love it there.

Jerry is a gem. I went to him injured. I was trying to lose weight and take up running. The diet I did on my own, but Jerry encouraged me, laughed at me, asked me what I had for dinner. He taught me to run correctly with these weird β€œhing exercises”, balance stuff, and flexibility training. Six months later I am down 70 lbs, I can run a 10k with ease, and recently started training for my second 10 miler. At 58, I am healthier than I have ever been and I give Jerry so much credit. He is a gem.

I have a lot of experience with different lifting programs. I'm an ice hockey referee at the college level. I'd been designing my own programs for about a year. I hired Jerry to design my training program to bring it to the next level and add a degree of accountability for me. I have a home gym. We had 1 video session to demo some exercises and discuss goals and we were off.

I expected to get 3 workouts that I would repeat every week for a month. Instead, Jerry exceeded my expectations by giving me a month's worth of workouts without any repeats. Each month he gathers my feedback and designs the plan for the next month.
His workouts are just the right balance between doable and evil.

Jerry's methods work. I've trained with about 15 different trainers over the past 25 years and at least half of them work with elite pro athletes and Jerry is the most effective of them all. I had my second back surgery on October 9, 2017, six weeks later I started working with Jerry and the results have been amazing. I am pain free and stronger than ever. I took my first yoga class in over 100 days last week and wasn't expecting to make it through the 75 minutes but thanks to Jerry and the custom designed plan he created for me I breezed through the class. One of my initial goals was to resume Yoga. I highly recommend Jerry for the person just starting out on the road to better fitness or to life long athlete. Jerry has a keen eye towards seeing what your body needs to reach its potential and then designing a plan to make it happen.

Jerry is an amazing trainer! He knows how to mix things up so lots of different muscle groups are engaged and knows just how hard to make you work so you are getting a thorough workout but not so worn out you dread going back. And when things get tough he’s always ready with a joke or word of encouragement to motivate you to keep going. I started a few months ago a total couch potato. Working out is not my favorite thing... Frankly, I'm not a fan of running unless someone is chasing me with a knife. HOWEVER- Jerry finds a way to keep it fun, keep me motivated and (miraculously) keep me getting out of bed at the crack of dawn twice a week to work out before my family wakes up.... He's got some kind of workout voodoo happening, but since my clothing size keeps dropping and my energy level is steadily rising... I'm just going to go with it. As Jerry likes to say: Keep Good Company!
