Get Fit with Ashley's Healthy Habit Hustle was well worth the one hour sessions each Sunday night for 7 weeks. The program delivered very well researched information that was new to me and a lot of thought went into the program to make it very user friendly. It was time well spent to pause, learn, reflect and plan the following week and keep up the good fight to get a little better each day. The materials and worksheets will be very helpful and easy to reuse going forward. Knowing Ashley's obsession with perfectionism, hard work, research to always be learning and keeping her programs fresh along with her compassion of truly caring and loving each of her clients, I would expect no less of her programs.

I’ve been using Ashley as a fitness and health coach (loosing weight) for several months. Ashley is very adept at tailoring programs to fit personal needs and physical limitations. During our weekly check-in’s and scale accountability, she always provides alternatives and suggestions, as well as asks you to commit to intentions for the following week. And, she holds you to it! Ashley is such a fun, effective, and professional trainer! I have been attending Ashley's weekly Power Hour class and it's truly one of the highlights of my week. I have been out of the workout game for approximately 4 years, was depressed and felt quite defeated. Between COVID, my job and my kids (I know excuses, excuses), I gained over 30 pounds and basically STOPPED MOVING! :( I pass by the Schwenksville Community Center quite regularly and for the past year or so saw, "Get Fit with Ashley" and I would say to myself - I'm coming Ashley!!! But never did it until about 4 weeks ago AND LET ME TELL YOU, I'm back in the game!! I'm motivated, I look forward to the classes! The variety and the Tabata/HIIT (I really don't know my terms but I do know the class flies by!) format makes the class FLY BY but yet I have fun and feel challenged (up against myself only) in each class. The balance between the in person classes and available YouTube classes, this fits into my schedule and lifestyle perfectly! And the "no judgement" zone is immediately felt and the positive vibes are flowin' during EVERY SINGLE CLASS! If I want an early morning, mid-day OR evening class, Ashley has you covered! I am so thankful for finding Get Fit with Ashley and getting back into my groove! After several injuries and various setbacks, I was looking for a trainer that would take interest in me personally rather than just applying a generic fitness formula. Ashley has personalized the approach to my starting point and then steadily is pushing me back to where I need to be. She is relentlessly positive and encouraging, and quick to tailor specific exercises when needed. Also, the flexibility to structure our personal training cadence to work with my business days has been so important to being able to consistently participate. Training at her home gym is awesome - I feel comfortable (vs. being in a commercial gym around tik tok-filming folks in spandex) and all of her equipment enables the workouts to vary to keep it both challenging and interesting. Meeting Ashley at the Limerick Community Day last summer was the best thing ever but I didn’t know it at the time! Although it took me until November to start attending her group workout classes, I’m glad I finally did! Ashley has created such a community and SAFE space for all folks (women and men too!) who want to focus on their health. As someone who’s always been overweight yet loves the mental health benefits of exercise, I have unfortunately dealt with being treated differently in group classes (yoga places mainly) since I am not the “typical” or “ideal” size. I NEVER once felt judge with Ashley classes and she ALWAYS has modifications if anyone needs it. I’m happy to say I’m down 25lbs from Nov 1 and a lot of it is due to my workouts with Ashley. I love the accountability and motivation that this creates. When I can’t make it to classes, I do her YouTube videos at home or the gym so it’s a win-win all around.

My wife and I started taking private classes with Ashley as our schedules don’t allow us to make it to her group classes. This has been a great investment in our health. She packs so much in a 30 min workout and every exercise is a combination which makes it that much more effective.
Whether you are choosing her group classes (which my wife had started with) or the private lessons, it is the best choice you can make.

When my daughter spoke to me about possibly using Ashley as a personal trainer, I was skeptical.
I used to be fit and athletic in my younger days.....so why would I need a personal trainer?
Now, I'm in my mid-60s, far from fit, and farther from being athletic.......so, I figured, what do I have to lose?
What I found is, that I should have signed up with Ashley a long time ago!
I found her to be affordable, accommodating, personable, and most of all, very knowledgeable.
She had me doing exercises that I didn't even know existed....and after just a few sessions.....I noticed a big difference (for the better!) in my mobility, strength and most of all flexibility.
IF......you are like I used to be, and are thinking that you're just fine the way you are.......you're probably not.

Starting personal training with Ashley is the best health decision I've made for myself in more than a decade. I knew that I would really need someone unique to help me get where I want to go. 60 years old this year year! Yikes! I have been working out with Ashley for a few months now and have found my range of motion has improved drastically, my strength has returned...yippee. I’ve been training with Ashley Basilio for a few months now, and believe she is one of the most experienced & committed trainers around. I started training with a boot camp, as part of a group session, and I really enjoyed the variety and challenge she put into the sessions, so I then signed up for the ‘Power Hour’ weekly strength sessions as well! I must be a glutton for punishment. Ashely is focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I am still working on improving my push up skills. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Not. Even. Joking!
One thing I think makes Ashley stand out is that she demonstrates the circuit for the class, and then provides modifiers for all levels of strength and she ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. Ashley is so awesome I honestly wish I could work out with her every day--and I tend to be extremely sedentary (aka lazy) when left to my own devices. My husband and I see her once a week for private training and I always show up half asleep but I leave feeling so energized, relaxed, and like I really accomplished something. I usually get bored easily with workouts but Ashley does a great job of switching things up every single time we see her and it feels like the time flies by. Our sessions are challenging but fun and her positive attitude keeps me going. She is really the best trainer/instructor I've ever had. She's great at keeping both of us on track with our form, even when we're doing separate activities. I started out feeling nervous about being intimidated since I'm not a super active person but Ashley has always made me feel welcome and supported. I'm so glad we decided to work with her.
