Kasey is elite at what she does. I am part of Kasey's running program, as a self-proclaimed non-runner, and am absolutely loving every bit of the training. From the weekly emails, group runs, and accountability check-ins, Kasey ensures that everyone feels prepared for whatever goals they aim to tackle. I am also working with Kasey for 1:1 personal training, and appreciate her flexibility and creativity with our training -- a wonderful complement as I train my first half marathon. Great programming in a friendly environment! I have been working with GoalsFit for 4 years with personal training, group classes and running courses. The group classes have the same format but different exercises to keep workouts fresh and exciting. The locations are convenient. Kasey does an amazing job at differentiating instructions during classes so meet all levels. The running programs to prepare for Broad Street, Half and Full Marathons are so helpful and perfect for beginners or advanced runners. Kasey creates a warm environment that turns work out buddies into friends. I highly recommend for individuals that need motivation, a safe environment and fun workouts.

Best workouts in the area! There's something for everyone. I love going to bootcamp, but sometimes it doesn't jive with my work schedule. So then I join one of the run training programs that offers a little more flexibility but still has that amazing team training mentality. Kasey is the best!

Goals Fit is a community like no other. Kasey the Owner is one of the most supportive coaches around. I started taking strength classes about a year ago in a 6 week program she offered and the results were the best I’ve ever seen. The best full body workout. Kasey's Bootcamps are amazing, yes challenging but you actually feel yourself getting stronger week to week. And I started out as a Mommy-and-Me client. I've been attending boot camps and running programs at Goals Fit for over 8 years.
