Iβve been riding bikes for more than 4 decades and consider myself pretty knowledgeable about my fit or position on my bikes. After getting a new bike last year and setting things up similarly to my last bike I thought Iβd be super comfortable. One year later, Iβm struggling to climb effectively, not breathing well, getting neck and hand discomfort, and just a general feeling that something is not quite right. Finally, after several nudges from some riding buddies, I scheduled a fit with Tim. Yesterday was my first day to ride with the adjustments and new saddle. I really did not believe it was going to make any difference but I was so wrong. The very slight adjustments that Tim made were things I would have never discovered or even thought about. My climbing is now more effortless as the pelvic shift has enabled me to breath better and get more power to the pedals without killing my quads. I totally recommend to anyone that rides any distance on a bike to have a professional fit performed by Tim at Greshfit. Riding is a gift that should be enjoyed and a great fit just makes it easier to do that.

Wow. What an incredible job Tim did at refitting me on my bike. His knowledge is incredible. One area of his expertise is his work on correct crank length and how it truly affects the whole riding experience. I am only 5β5β and he fit me with 155 cm cranks which is below the normal lowest that Campy uses. Makes turning over the pedals much less stressful and transitioning out of the saddle a lot easier. Thanks, Tim

Great experience - Top of the line fit! Tim is very detailed and friendly. He asks a lot of questions during the fitting about comfort/aerodynamics/effects of adjustments on joints or past injuries. Having Rocco (shop dog in training) around was awesome. Highly recommend!

Another positive review for GreshFit services. Just completed a round of fitting and have a positive outcome.
If you're looking for a bike fit, there's generally two ways people do it, fit by numbers, or by eye. Some people use both in unison.
Which is best? Someone that knows what they are doing and uses their eye and feedback from you to make adjustments, in my experience. Fit by numbers is when you are covered in little dots, you see your every movement up on a screen, and the bike is adjusted to make every dot's range fall within some prescribed "normal range".
Someone that knows what to look for, using their own eyes, can see your body doing right and wrong, and they can adjust the bike around you. That's the point of a bike fit, the bike is adjustable, the body is adaptable.
To make the experience more worthwhile, be honest with yourself and the fitter. If you do a lot of off-bike work to keep your core strong, say so, if you don't, say so, the idea is to be comfortable so you can ride your bike more. More riding is better than riding less and in tons of pain.
Tim has dogs, I threatened to leave negative reviews if I didn't meet at least one of them, he did bring Luna in and she was a blast.
Do as instructed as well, after the first session, leave your bike how it was set, and ride it. Your body has to unlearn hours and hours of movements and then learn the new ones. It takes time. Don't hammer either, easy does it, low watts for about a week, then start to not think about it. The follow-up is for tweaking after you've adapted, and playing with Luna.
Great experience, highly recommended if you need a fit. I'm a 600 hour a week trainer/racer, probably overly body aware so to speak but we just about nailed a fit after the first session.

I just completed IMMT. Though this was my 5th IM, my fit made such a difference. Extenders on my bike shoes, speed play and new front end made me attack the last climbs of a hilly course versus survive it. Thanks Tim!

My specialized Roubaix was not shifting properly. Tried adjusting myself as well as taking it to other bike shops.
Timβs shop made my bike better than new.
Canβt believe what Iβve been missing. These guys are the best.

Greshfit helped me rebuild my fox fork in only one week. This is generally something that takes a month to turn around and needs to be outsourced to the fox company. Very impressed!
