Rented it out for a day. Whole thing was fast and easy. This place is open for all residents of Heatherfield, not just Springford apartments. I learned this from reaching out to the association.

Anyway after the event ended the lady came by for the key. She gave the place a look around and saw it was clean and was satisfied. I got my 350$ security deposit back the next day.

These people are Thieves, we rent the salon for a party and they asked for a deposit of $350, we left the place better and cleaner than it was before and they never gave us back the deposit because we left the place 20 minutes late cleaning and making sure everything was in perfect condition. We have been robbed from this administration.

This is a private gym that is for Springford Apts residents. It offers an outdoor pool, sauna, weight room and also cardio room. His and her locker rooms complete with showers. It's an extremely great part of living here.
