Michelle is hands down the BEST personal trainer. She somehow shows up happy, energetic, and full of motivation—even at 5am! She creates such a supportive and positive environment where you never feel embarrassed, no matter your fitness level. This gym has brought me back to life!! From the moment you walk into the gym you feel welcomed and the energy is contagious! The HIIT classes are phenomenal and are perfectly balanced between challenging and fun! The best thing about them is there is something for everyone, no matter your fitness level! Every fitness instructor is amazing and each class with them is unique! Michelle has made such an impact in my life these last two months of taking these classes! She is incredibly encouraging, motivating, and extremely knowledgeable! I have also taken a class with Beth and she has such great strength classes!! After every class I feel stronger, motivated, and already looking forward to the next class!
If you’re looking for a place that will push you, support you, and make working out something you actually look forward to, this is the gym. Highly recommend to anyone ready to level up their fitness and feel amazing doing it with such amazing instructors and other people in the class!!

I love taking HIIT classes with Michelle! She leads with energy, encouragement, and genuine passion.
