I love High Velocity Fitness for so many reasons. Stacey, Zach, and the other coaches are amazing. They make the work-outs challenging yet fun at the same time and each work-out is different from the day before. The coaches are so knowledgeable and so helpful and they encourage you to give your all every session. The results I got in a short time at HVF are visible and this has motivated me to keep up with my work-outs. My mindset about exercising has quickly changed from "something I should do" to "something that I want to do." I actually look forward to going to HVF for the work-outs and for the socialization. The other members have become my fitness family and I have received so much support from them. HVF is more than a fitness center. It is a place where you can feel safe to give it your all and not be ashamed if you need help or modifications. Joining HVF is one of the best decisions I have made for my physical and mental health.

I am not a gym person. Tried many times. Failed each time. I was lazy, too long breaks, unmotivated, and inevitable end: quit!

But, High Velocity Fitness style and 30-45 minutes in and out format got my attention and joined HVF 7 months ago and still going....

In the first month, my sleeping quality positively changed, used to wake up at least 2-3 times a night, now: not at all.

Used to be snoring... Not anymore.

Blood pressure definitely went down.

Although I was overweight, my goal was not really losing weight, it was more getting into shape , feeling better, and losing the "not doing anything for myself" quilt....but hey, lost 33 pounds in between, I take it.
Went from jean size 34 to 30.

Plenty of sessions to join, very friendly and experienced coaches, and again : 30-45 minutes, in and out, before you know it, it goes fast and get yourself a great workout.

They can help you with calculated food intake also.
My diet also did not really change that much, I am just being easy on pizza, hoagies, bread, pasta. Lost most of my weights in the first 2 months.

I used to hear from my friends "I have to do my exercises....I gotto hit the gym.... If I don't put my workout in then I feel something big missing..." Well... I am not there yet but I think, I am getting there with coaches help.

I thought I would have quit already for sure but still going.... I am glad I gave myself one more chance and seems like it was not a bad decision.

I love High Velocity! The owners truly care about you and they help you reach your goals. They focus not just on exercise but your mind set. The instructors work with you based on your skill level. They provide modifications as needed. The clientele are encouraging and non-judgmental. I recently had trouble completing a workout and 4 or 5 members gathered around me to encourage me and some did the exercise along side of me. I highly recommend High Velocity. You will not be disappointed.

Love this place! I originally joined for the 6 week challenge in January 2022 and ever since then I have been hooked. The instructors are fantastic and push you in a good way for 30 mins and you leave feeling wonderful. The group of people that are in the class with you are so supportive. The High Velocity family is a wonderful group of people who are always there to support one another. It's more than just a gym, it's a community of people, all ages encouraging you to do better. The owner Stacey is the best! She, and all of the trainers are so great at their craft, and all very knowledgeable. They always know just when to challenge you, or give you a nod. Excellent studio. By far the nicest and most knowledgeable owner and staff. They go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals.
The workouts are fun and all the members are inspiring. Trainers give hands on guidance during the workouts with the right amount of encouragement.
Everyone is incredibly friendly at all levels of fitness. There is a family vibe as soon as you walk through the doors.
I love this place

I was at Chadds Ford FBBC for about 10 months and unfortunately relocated for work so had to leave. Love this place--you can get a very efficient, challenging workout with a motivating team in just 30 minutes every day. The prices are very fair for an unlimited class package per month. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and incredibly motivating. Absolutely recommend and miss this place!

I joined Fit for Life in January with the goal of taking time for myself and getting in shape. The results have far EXCEEDED my expectations. I signed up for a 6 week revolution class and lost over 8.5% of my body weight and 14 1/2 inches!!!! I dieted, but was never hungry and I don't feel I deprived myself. More clean eating, than deprivation!!!! I was so thrilled with the results that I signed up for the next 6 week session and encouraged several of my friends to sign up too!!!! I have never been able to stick with a program before and this totally works for me. The support from the staff and the other people in the class is AMAZING!!!! Weeks ago I went to class because I felt like I had to go, today I go to class because I WANT to go and I really enjoy it! I LOVE how healthy I feel and I would highly recommend Fit for Life to anyone looking to get into shape and feel GREAT!!!!! You work at your own pace and the support is just AWESOME!!!! I joined Fit for Life boot camp in April 2013 and it is the best I have ever done for my health. I have lost 40 lbs. and ran a 5k all after being told I would never run again after a knee surgery! I have joined plenty of gyms, I went for a month (maybe) but nothing ever stuck. When I joined Fit for Life, I thought if I went twice a week that was good enough. Now, if I can't go 3 or 4 times a week I'm bummed! I enjoy going because Stacey and the other trainers are motivating and we never do the same thing twice. I love that boot camp is outside- I work inside and by joining boot camp I spent more time outside than I have in a long time. If I can't make it to boot camp or want to change it up there are plenty of other classes try out. The people that go to Fit For Life become friends and have kept me motivated.

I have been going to Fit for Life about 2 yrs. I do Zumba . All the teachers are magnificant. I have noticed a major difference in my shape & have so much energy.plus It is so much fun, I feel like I go out dancing 3 nights a week. another added benifit is you learn great new moves to take to the dance floor. I feel so flexible & young. I'm' hooked !

Fit for Life Personal Training Studio has easily SURPASSED every gym experience I've had. This is the 4th gym I've tried in a 6 year period. I've easily attended more classes in 9 months at FFL than the other 3 gyms combined! The instructors make each class different, no boredom from routine workouts, each class is as inviting to beginners as it is to advanced workout "warriors", and the people in the classes are all so nice and inviting. I truly feel the trainers care and they all show up 100% to teach a class or for the one-on-one personal training. They want you to be healthy, happy and to come back. At this point, all of the classes I take are lead by Stacey and she holds you accountable for your healthy habits, and she does an excellent job of incorporating motivational messages and real life pointers to help you get to your goals. The class list is constantly expanding, so take a look! You'll only be disappointed by how long it took you to get in the door.
