Nathan is amazing. He works all the muscles you have even the ones you forgot you had. His range and capability in helping individuals is fantastic. He meets you where you are and pushes you to your maximum capability. He brings everything to you so all you need to do is be present and be ready.

Nate is amazing! He is flexible with scheduling and the workouts are spot on. He concentrates on moving correctly and body mechanics. He does all this while delivering a killer workout. I have worked with other trainers and Nate is hands down the best trainer with whom I have worked!!! Can I give extra stars?

Every other week Mr. Baron meets with me at my place to take me through a physical regime that is designed to address my particular needs. As a senior citizen (I'm 71 years old) I have various issues that need to be addressed. He creates a program that allows me to address my particular needs. He is smart, knowledgeable, creative and a joy to work with. I think it was 10 years ago ( or longer) that I phoned him to help keep me in a reasonable physical condition. It was the smartest thing that I've done in a long time. I am truly grateful for the time we have worked together and anticipate many fruitful years to come.

As a result of pedestrian hit and run accident on May 5,2017 I was hospitalized and was in acute and sun acute rehab until discharged home in a wheel chair. While I had physical therapy at Tower Health my son Rick found Nathan Barone of Home Fitness Solutions online and booked a package for multiple sessions in my home. Physical Therapy started me walking and initially learned to walk up/down a few steps. Stairs which are not high. Certainly not as steep as my staircase at home which has 22 steps. I was very fearful and apprehensive as I could barely walk let alone climb stairs. But Mr Barone quickly eased my fears and was stern, encouraging, dedicated and worked to train me on going up/down stairs. He taught me many excercises to strengthen my legs, arms so I can be independent again. He was very DELIVE t in documenting and tracking my progress. Without his planned sessions and guidance I doubt I would be walking and living a normal life. I doubt I would have every ditched the wheelchair. I highly recommend him for strengthening core, legs, arms, and consistently teaching me to move/walk properly. This took years to do but I am grateful of the time spent with him developing mobility skills I had lost. He also thought me some yoga exercises, balance, and mobility to climb/descend staircase. Still do exercises at home to maintain flexibility and mobility. He is a five star plus personal trainer. Extremely knowledgeable and patient when needed and stern teacher of all movements for mobility and weight loss. You will not be disappointed by his extensive experience and determination in assisting one to reach personal goals and healthy body objective.

I have been a client of Nate's for more than 3 years. When I started I was a mess. I had lower back pain, hip pain, arthritis and fibromyalgia. I was lucky if I slept 4 hours a night. I worked full-time at a desk job for 50 years with no time to exercise other than walking. Nate worked with me every week, showing me what to do. I work out faithfully every day and the improvement has been remarkable. I could never have done this without his help. I highly recommend Nate to anyone needing to improve their quality of life. He has certainly improved mine.

I have been training with Nathan for many years! He’s gotten me in shape and helped me get faster when I was in sports. Now that I’m no longer actively in sports, he’s helped me to stay fit in a way that works for my lifestyle now. He really focuses on all aspects of health. Nathan is a professional of the highest caliber and quality. He didn't make me run laps around my house and yell at me. He took the time to teach me how to work out in a way that works with things I had around the house already. I didn't have to buy any expensive equipment.
