I have been doing personal training with Aaron virtually since the pandemic began. I have several medical issues which make mobility and balance challenging. Virtual training has great benefits for me. I have basic weights and bands and I am able to get a complete workout from home. Aaron is a great motivator. He is very knowledgeable about body mechanics and always carefully monitors performance to assure personal safety. The sessions are designed for individual needs and abilities. Aaron’s dedication and passion for good health through exercise and a healthy lifestyle create a positive approach to every session. I am so thankful for Aaron and Homemade Fitness.

Bootcamp classes along with the coach have been building me up to be stronger and leaner. I have been doing training for many years and was pleasantly surprised to learn new techniques and use muscles never used before in Coach Aaron Borroughs classes. I know the coach can modify to everyone's needs and he also knows what his clients are looking to achieve, his classes never disappoint.
During bad weather, vacation or during an unexpected interruption it's awesome great to have the ability to pop in virtually with the same amount of training. Aaron doesn't treat you as if are in cyber space, he acknowledges and pushes you through the class.
No more excuses, only results.

Aaron at Homemade Fitness is super helpful, very informative and always keeping you motivated to push through your workouts! I did the owners boot camp and it was such a a great experience! I got a good workout, he pushed me, coached me, and motivated me and had a blast doing it. Really a fun atmosphere and I can’t wait to do more , highly recommend this gym

I have been working out with Homemade Fitness since it first began and this was the best fitness decision for me. My twice a week sessions strengthened me mentally & physically. I've been doing personal training with the Owner for several months now. He's very professional and focuses on your personal goals and creates a plan to help you achieve them. When there's 10 reps... you do 10 reps.... no matter how long it takes. Doing 8 is not an option. This type of mentality promotes not only physical strength, but mental strenghth as well. I strongly recommend Homemade Fitness if your serious about starting your fitness journey or if your looking to take your fitness to the next level.
