Updtae..Love this studio. They keep improving and adding more Clase to their schedule. The renovation looks amazing! Thank you. --Aaww feels like home!! Just moved to the area and I am so happy to have found a hot yoga place. The instructor was amazing... I just came back after a few months out. A very intense class! Pushing me out of my comfort zoe. The instructor was on point, giving advice and corrections during the asanas.

Took Jess's 5:30 class last evening and absolutely love her. The energy she brings to the hot room is incredible and just what I needed last night. Thank you Jess, I will definitely be taking your class again! Lisa Tillman

I recently attended the Hot 75 class here and unfortunately, my experience wasn't ideal. The instructor turned the lights on full and used a very loud, energetic voice that reminded me more of a high school gym class than a calming yoga session. There was also no background music, which added to the high-energy, sometimes overwhelming atmosphere.
Prior to class, my friend mentioned this was their very first yoga experience, but the instructor didnβt provide any guidance on proper alignment during the poses. When my friend seemed confused, the instructor's response was to loudly suggest, βIf you donβt know this one, watch the people around you.β This lack of clear direction was discouraging for a beginner.
While the studio itself is lovely, I think there's room for improvement in teaching style, especially for newcomers. Yoga is a personal practice, and itβs important to feel supported and guided through each pose. I hope the instructor can make adjustments to provide a more welcoming and educational experience for all levels

The best yoga studio in Reading. Everyone was so welcoming and professional. The HITT strength training instructor was very detailed and provided explanations what we were doing and whoch muscle it was helping in the body. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful, accepting community of folks!
I have been coming on and off for 12-13 years. The teachers who are there now are really exceptional. I felt really comfortable coming back into my practice after a long hiatus. I usually go to the 9am class with Russ and it's a lovely, gentle way to start my day!

Mainly a Bikram studio, but with some vinyasa, Pilates and pop-ups. Good stuff!

I've not heard or experienced great things about new management. Specifically a very rude teacher named Russ. I no longer see my favorite teachers on the schedule.

Lovely studio nestled on a sweet spot in charming downtown West Reading. Adequate free parking, nice variety of classes and events, affordable rates, competent instructors who make helpful corrections, warm friendly folks are all good reasons to come here. Itβs also the only hot yoga studio in Berks county offering Bikram style yoga 60, 75 and 90 mins which is the best detox form of yoga in my books.

Excellent studio. It's pretty no-frills here, but all of the instructors are friendly and the community at BYWR is the strongest I've seen in any yoga studio; friendly people that take a genuine interest in one another's lives and welcome all newcomers. BYWR does cater very well to beginning and intermediate students. If you've never been to a Bikram class, go in with an open mind, prepared to listen to the instructors, and you'll do fine! If you're a Bikram yoga veteran, you may find this studio a little less "intense" than some studios, but you know that you'll get a good class by focusing on your own practice and going deep into the postures!
