If you have a busy schedule and struggle finding time or motivation to workout, this place is for you. It is so nice to have the option to stop in for a quick 15 minute workout and feel like you accomplished something. The facility is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. I appreciated that the owner went over details other gyms tend to skip over. All the details of the terms and agreements including the cancellation policy. Overall clarity about everything. The HOTWORX app is also user friendly and well designed. It helps keep you motivated. I really love the DietTrax feature which is comparable to MyFitnessPal. I would love to gatekeep this place (it is so nice to have a sauna to yourself) but more people should be benefiting from this studio.

Love it! Just came for my first session as a member after Percephany did a fabulous job of showcasing the facilities and rewards of membership. Given my busy schedule, I love the 15 minute options that are heightened by the heat… leaves me with way less excuses for skipping workouts though 🤣

I absolutely love Hotworx and am glad I joined.The convenience of working out when it fits into my schedule is one of the great benefits along side of the relaxation I feel after being in the saunas. The staff is super friendly and helpful every time. I highly recommend it!

I enjoyed using this gym for a few weeks, but my opinion changed after visiting on a late Friday evening. I discovered that the fabric mat towels are not properly washed. Instead, the owner placed the used towels on the floor and sprayed them with a deodorizer like Febreze. This is unacceptable. These towels are used throughout the day, and others who use them the next day won’t know they’re not clean. When I offered to use my own towel, the owner became angry and rudely told me it wasn’t allowed. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this place. It’s unhygienic and poses a risk of infection or skin fungus
