Coach Will Geo is the man!!! Coach Tiff and I both got to learn from the best in Highschool. He helped me begin seriously lifting for sports. Helped me get stronger and more athletic for hs and then got me prepared for D1 college basketball. He lets me come back and lift whenever I want and with his foundation, he has helped me reach professional basketball. He’s the real deal. Shoutout Coach Tiff too. Just getting started but Coach Will has paved the path and set the tone of how to be an amazing trainer. You also can’t forget about how fun he makes lifting. His workouts are effective and you enjoy doing them. Great guy all around. Best in the business!!!

I have worked with Coach Geo since my freshman year of high school. I am now coming up on my junior year in college. He always lets me come back and lift too! He is durable, easy to work with, and provides an effective full-body workout, making it a great addition to any fitness routine. I have grown a lot under his leadership as a strength trainer. He is an overall really great guy and I would recommend any athlete looking to grow!

Coach Geo is the man when it comes to working out. I have lifted with him over the course of 6 years and I can credit my increase in strength due to his programs.
