Such a great studio! Calm environment. Plenty of high quality props. Amazing instructors. I have tried many studios and this one is a winner. No crazy hot competitive yoga, just challenging classes for all levels of yogis. The instructors always provide options that allow you to either push yourself or dial it back. Jill is such a caring owner. Highly recommend

Just discovered this studio. Have taken 3 classes with 3 different teachers, all have been great. Peaceful and relaxing. Good work out too. Runs on time. Really good schedule for a busy working mom who is trying to find some time for herself. Thank you so much for being here.
