we are a full service Pilates studio and more. We have online classes. Linda and Jane will teach you mat pilates and somatic exercises. You will feel better about your body so you feel more energized, longer muscles so you feel longer and stronger. Please contact Dolores or Linda to set up a private pilates session or a reformer/mat class.

For the last 4 years I have been part of Integrative Fitness Pilates. My instructor, Linda gives me her full attention making sure my body is a lined and the mechanics are firing in the right order. This has allowed me to move forward in my strength training without getting hurt. At 65 I am feeling stronger and experiencing less pain. This gives me confidence in what my body can do. I am so grateful to have found this wonderful studio! Thank you

I've been going to Integrative Fitness Pilates for 15 years! In the beginning I went because of severe tailbone pain. It took a long time but I built up my core with Linda's skilled direction and guidance. Over the years I've started and stopped other exercise programs but Pilates with Linda has been the routine I can't miss. It is the most adaptable for whatever ailment I may have at any time and Linda is excellent at recommending how to modify. The small class size is extremely beneficial and allows for excellent personal attention. I'm hoping to continue weekly Pilates here for a long time!

I have been going to integrative fitness Pilates for 14 years. It is a small studio with individual attention to the students’ workouts.. At 69, I have a strong core, very healthy spine and have gained upper and lower body strength. My instructor for the past 2 years, Dolores insures that my form is correct and offers suggestions for any needed modifications. I will continue going to this place forever.

I was having terrific lower back pain from a fall at the beach and could hardly walk without severe pain. I saw Dolores at her Pilates studio and she gave me excerzises that eliminated the pain and made me feel fantastic!

Dolores is best instructor in my 65 years of fitness. She quickly assesses my posture and designs a custom Pilates experience. Her expertise and enthusiasm make each session exhilarating and impactful. Pilates has improved my balance, relieved back pain and straightened my golf swing. The reviews for IFP and working with Linda are repetitive about how special our experiences are because Linda makes each of us feel like the most important client she has.
The benefits are life changing, the workouts are different each time because Linda has an endless arsenal of “tools” in her box and a lifetime and ongoing thirst for knowledge & expertise in her field.
I always use the word “lucky” when I speak of Linda & my experience with her and Pilates because it’s not often enough in life that you can feel the stars aligned to put you in exactly the right place you need to be!

I have been taking private Pilates lessons at Integrative Fitness Pilates for about 20 years. I first worked with Susan who was very well trained, knowledgeable, helpful, and wonderful. Across the room I always saw Linda working with her clients. She was also obviously a very knowledgeable and well trained instructor. Her clients clearly respected and adored her. When Susan moved out of the area, my first thought was, will Linda be able to fit me into her busy schedule? Luckily she did, and the instructor I admired from across the room is now my instructor. I trust her implicitly. I will do whatever she tells me to do. Her immense knowledge, training, and experience put her in a league of her own. She has helped me with my posture, my core, and virtually every part of my body. When I am out and about doing my daily routine, I hear her voice in my head telling me to stand up straight, head back, tighten core, etc. Linda has been instrumental in helping me to maintain and build strength, and to be cognizant of my posture, breathing, balance, etc. I am extremely grateful to her and appreciative that I am lucky enough to be her client.

I have been a client of Integrative Fitness Pilates for more than 10 years. I started here when I was trying to rebuild my strength and mobility following treatment for cancer, and continue to come for the 90 minute Pilates for Chronic Pain class each week with Linda. This class - and Linda - have kept me moving and motivated, despite aging joints and medical issues. This is more than a fitness center, with personalized attention from master practitioners with a wide breadth of training and expertise in how the human body moves. Highly recommend.

I was fortunate enough to learn of Linda and her team at IFP nearly 4 years ago. I sought to
learn Pilates as means of strengthening my core, alleviating/minimizing recurring back and knee issues and most especially, building my bone mass as I have osteoporosis. I have worked on all three of these goals through weekly one-on- one studio sessions with Linda , as well as a weekly somatics class on Zoom that began during Covid and has continued due to very popular demand! Yes, you DO need to learn how to stretch in ways that will bring you better movement and comfort!
Linda is an exceptional teacher, remarkably knowledgeable in her field and always reactive to whatever is needed during each and every session. No session is ever a repeat of another. She is always laser-focused on assessing what I need that day and has helped me learn to notice and sense the same when I’m practicing at home.
I’ve participated in physical therapy a few times in various places with minimal success and never with both the individualized attention and RETENTION of improvement that I experience with Linda! I absolutely feel stronger and move better on a regular basis.
An additional endorsement… my skeptical and reluctant husband who has experienced back issues for years has gotten on-board with weekly sessions and has seen marked improvement .

I have never felt so well taken care of by a professional fitness instructor as I am at Integrative Fitness Pilates. Whether participating in a class of 6 or a private lesson , I always know that I am given careful and individual attention. My. body mechanics have been greatly improved through simple but thoughtful placement, stretching, strength training and body awareness. I am an aging (76) adult with significant scoliosis and subsequent related spinal pathology but am able to perform tasks and hobbies I love with more enthusiasm and less persistent discomfort thanks to IFP Solutions. Young and old, male and female, we are all lucky to be part of this wonderful studio! I rate it with as many stars as in the sky..
