As a firefighter/logger from out west, I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Iron Crush offers beginner-friendly workouts in an extremely supportive environment. Adam and Anna are great and make the workouts fun. This stallion will definitely be returning to Iron Crush.

If you are looking for a gym that offers more than weight lifting, Iron Crush is for you. The atmosphere is warm & welcoming. The trainers are supportive & encouraging. They take the time to understand your goals & willing to modify the workouts to meet any of your limitations.
As for the gym itself, cleanliness is a priority. All equipment is wiped with sanitizer after every workout session.
You will walk in a newbie but end up being a part of a fun family.

I've been going to Iron Crush for the last 6 months and I'm having amazing results! 27 pounds down and my body is changing big time! My husband saw how well I'm doing so he decided to give it a try and is very happy with his results so far as well. Adam and Anna do a fantastic job modifying workouts to your specific needs and it's the perfect atmosphere if you're someone who needs a little bit of extra motivation to get the job done. 40 minute classes are a great fit for my busy schedule, and I can't speak highly enough about this place. I'm so glad I was referred by a friend to go check out Iron Crush, I highly recommend it!

I have been going to Iron Crush for probably 8-10 years. Adam and his staff are amazing. I am approaching 60 and parts of my body don't work like they use to!! They make sure they alter any excercise that might cause pain and still strengthen the area with other exercises. I also love the fact that when I go to the gym I dont have to think. They tell you what to do so not only is it fun, they make sure you are working on different muscles all the time. I highly recommend Iron Crush to anyone that wants to stay fit as you grow old!!

Love this gym! It’s a family like atmosphere for all fitness levels. Adam and Anna are great trainers and really make you feel at home. The gym itself is always clean and they have a lot of equipment. All you do is show up. They plan the workout for you. Then, the group does the workout together with assistance from the trainers. If you are experienced- you add more weight and if you are a beginner you do less weight till you feel ready. I highly recommend Iron Crush Gym. You won’t feel intimidated or out of place here. Give it a try!

Visited this gym today and it is by far one of the best gyms in The Valley. I met with the owner, Adam, who not only loves the members but also truly enjoys his work.

This gym is the real deal.
Adam and Anna really care about everyone and are so pleasant and motivating.
The workouts are class based and focus on interval training. All skill levels are welcomed here.

Adam and Anna are great. They provide a way to get your exercise in most efficiently and effectively. I have been doing one on one training since Jan, with a break for covid, and have seen significant gains in strength and endurance. They have been very conscientious about staying safe and i highly recommend them for anyine who wants to get in shape. If you want to go to work out with no bs this is the place to be.
