We are a boutique fitness gym that uses a unique boxing-inspired circuit that incorporates kickboxing, cardio, plyometrics, agility, and functional training exercises designed to push you to your personal limits and deliver maximum results.

We promise you will never get bored and your body will constantly be challenged.

Love this gym, the coaches, and the community! The coaches are supportive and although there are classes they keep note of personal goals and challenge plus motivate us to achieve them.

Need to relieve stress and get a workout in? Jabz Boxing is the place! It’s a great gym with classes infused with weight lifting and boxing. All the instructors are great and encouraging for all fitness levels. I’ve been going for about a year now and I’m seeing great results from the normal classes and Strengthen Training class w/ Terence every week. I actual look forward to working out every week (which is a first) and catching up with the friends I’ve made here. ☺️

Updated review almost two years (!!) later: I LOVE it here. I've been working out regularly for these past couple of years here & I have SO MUCH MORE muscle than I did before. My body (and mind) feel so much stronger. All of the coaches have been amazing and are super knowledgeable and helpful. I do a lot of classes with Terence and Sarah and it's often a highlight of my day. Love you Jabz!!

I never thought I’d say I love working out, but Jabz has definitely changed that! I have no real gym experience, so walking into an intense boxing style workout was a little intimidating. I also have MS and have trouble with some movements, but I love how all the exercises can be modified. Even though it’s fast paced, I know I can still take my time and go at a pace that is good for me. Korina was so welcoming and has been a great coach, helping show me how to certain exercises and modifications. I feel so good after the workouts and finally feeling hope that I can get my body strong again.

Every class is different, which keeps things exciting and challenging.
Everyone is friendly, motivating, and there’s a real team spirit that makes working out so much more fun. The workouts are intense! At 53, I’m in the best shape of my life.

Jabz has been my place for about 8 months now. After leaving my previous gym I searched for a new place to WO in the area with no luck until I was invited to try a class at Jabz. It was almost instant that I knew this was where I needed to be. I work out 5-7 days a week. I enjoy the fact that there is always something new and challenging. My strength has increased tremendously since starting at Jabz. I am so much stronger and healthier because of my Workouts at Jabz. I am so thankful I found this place.

I was looking for something new to add to my self care routine & I happened to find Jabz as I was running errands one day. I stopped in and spoke with Christina. She was extremely friendly and welcoming. She gave me a tour and discussed the classes with me. I was immediately hooked. Jabz has been the best decision for my mental health & overall self care. The trainers are beyond friendly & welcoming, they make you feel safe. Don't get me wrong you're gonna get an intense workout 😂, each & every time. The best part of the classes is the motivation from the trainers & supportiveness from everyone in class. It doesn't matter if you've been going for a while or it's your first class, the energy, motivation, support and welcoming is always there! Very grateful to have found Jabz. 🙌🏽🙌🏽

My favorite place!! When I became a member 2 years ago, I knew Jabz Boxing was exactly what I needed - a supportive community that challenged me, encouraged me, and kept me accountable. The classes are engaging, the members are super supportive of each other, and the coaches are THE BEST! Even during my last pregnancy, they were so supportive and helped me continue being active (w/ some modifications of course lol) AND surprised me with a baby shower (workout)! One whole year!!! I walked in one year ago, not really sure what this workout would be like. Over 100 classes later, I feel so grateful I tried this place. I always did sports growing up and then in my adult life I stayed “fit” as a runner, but when I found Jabz I truly felt like an athlete again in my 30s. I love the workout because it’s always changing, and it is easy to upgrade and downgrade depending on how you’re feeling or any injuries/aches/illness. The coaches are great at giving support where needed or letting you do your own thing when you are feeling confident. Thanks to Jabz I kept building strength through my pregnancy and felt supported working my way back postpartum. HIGHLY recommend.

This gym is awesome. Its really inclusive and is moldable to fit anybody's age or fitness level. Even though theres some fitter people than me, I've never felt like I was weak or didn't belong. As a male, I was worried that I was going to stand out or feel awkward, but everyone was so nice and welcoming.

The trainers are super friendly and will teach you good form. They are really good at knowing when to push you and when to modify the workout for you to make it easier.

Hands down one of the best workouts I've ever had. My favorite trainer is Korina,Terence and Christina. They're very attentive and if something is bothering you like you have a bad knee or bad back, they know how to adjust your workout so that you're not streaming that injury I would highly recommend it. I used every muscle. I have recommended so many people. You lose weight and push your body to the limit and you bring it back .I need them to get a lunch break workout but other than that love it! Amazing!

Just had my first workout. Haven’t been to the gym in 3 years and I was so scared. The communication from staff is excellent. Christina made sure to answer all my questions and made me feel so comfortable getting back to the gym. She also modified the workout for me as she worked the room. I cannot wait for my next class. The gym is also so clean and it is a judgement free zone. Workout is for all levels of fitness.
