Over 50 and strength training for the first time. Never thought I would actually see muscle. Jamel is knowledgeable, encouraging and safely training me. He sets up machines, programs nutrition and appts by app, and is great with low key accountability. Highly recommend him.

JMF was just what I was looking for! Jamel is creative and energetic. I shared my fitness goals and he continues to stop at nothing to get me there. My routines are efficient and effective. And never boring! Even outside the gym, the Better app helps me keep my training sessions and nutrition organized. Jamel has all the equipment and know-how you’ll need to reach your fitness goals!

Jamel is a wonderful trainer to people of all levels of athletic ability. He takes you from where you are and helps you improve from there. He is very knowledgeable owing to his solid education, training and personal experience and this allows him to design creative, effective workouts. I also greatly appreciate that Jamel is safety conscious in keeping his clients safe and healthy through these difficult times. Lastly, I basically neglected exercising for 10+ years and Jamel has helped me work toward a mindset where health and fitness are an important part of my life. We are making progress! As adults, it is hard to find a mentor that helps and inspires you, and that has been an extremely valuable part of working with Jamel!

I’ve been seeing Jamel for personal training for over a year now. I feel amazing and am seeing great results. He changes up my workouts frequently which keeps me from getting bored. His studio is clean, has the best variety of equipment around for a personal studio. Jamel will provide meal plans and so much more. His clients range from teens to retired age men and women of all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels. If you need to be accounted for call Jamel. You won’t be disappointed.

He doesn’t promise it will be easy. He definitely makes sure it’s worth it. Jamel plans the work and you have to show up and work the plan. And it pays off! Of course having my trainer build me my own personal workout playlist is an added bonus for our 5am sessions! Highly recommend JMF!
